We know that were really lucky to be a part of the Ellijay community, so our team is always ready to give back and improve peoples lives beyond the walls of our office. We do a lot of outreach to local schools to provide free education and introduce the idea of having a career in dentistry, and we also support a number of school sports teams as well. In fact, Dr. Lykins has been a member of the local Rotary Club for more than 17 years, so when shes not at the office, you can bet shes still doing something to put smiles on peoples faces.

I changed my rating from a 5 over a year ago to a 1 because the women at the front desk are rude. Dr Lykins and all the staff working in the back are wonderful .. if you can get an appointment from the women at the front desk that do the scheduling. I found another dentist the next day to pull my abscessed tooth with more caring staff.

Excellent dentist, cares about what she is doing. Would recommend Shay to anyone. I am having all my teeth crowned, I figured it would be an extensive process, but it has been so simple.

Dr lykins was great,very friendly, stayed in the room with me until she new exactly what I wanted and needed, and she delivered. Staff was all very friendly each visit. Would very much so reccomend Dr lykin.

Going to the dentist is not on my top 100 things I like to do. But my experiences at Lykins Family Dentistry have been excellent. Everyone is very friendly and caring. You almost forget you are at the dentist. When it is time for my next visit, i will not be dreading it as i have over the past decades with other dentists. Thanks Dr.s and staff!!

Dr Lykins and her staff are great! Courteous and kind! Efficient and well trained! You know you are going to be well taken care of from the start of each visit! So glad they we recommended to my husband an me when we moved to Ellijay! Dr Lykins is a friendly caring lady! You're never rushed and feel like you're her only patient! I can't thank the Lykins team enough. I have been dealing with a failed root canal from another dentist for almost a year. They got me in with a specialist ASAP and they found the issues immediately. I will be making the 45 minute drive moving forward because good dentist like Lykins are hard to find.
