Called to get a tooth pulled 830 915 I call back different girl put on hold. Hung up on . Called back explaining that it hurt...... The answer ...Maybe you should go to the emergency room !!!!

My son visited this dentist for an Ortho consultation which went ok! However Medicaid denied the request which I'm not upset about. I'm upset about how the appeal process was conducted. I simply wanted to know what the doctor put on the appeal for medicaid to deny the appeal. I wasn't provided with any information from LISA SMILEY the operations manager. She literally over talked me and when I tried to cut her off it was a problem. She clearly didn't listen to anything I said because she was so focused on the appeal denial. Basically she said wait until next year or pay out of pocket and that it wasn't their to job to communicate with me about the denials from Medicaid. I tried to basically tell her regardless of the fact of Medicaid sending a letter all parents aren't aware of how to conduct an appeal specifically since the receptionist said the doctor would took care of it. I feel like the doctor did advocate enough and maybe telling parents hey go ahead and appeal also! LISA SMILEY literally over talked me and didn't listen to to ANYTHING I said, NOTHING! I'm simply said dang so you can cut me off but when I try to cut you off you wana threaten to hang up and she did just that smh. I was livid. The conversation wasn't just about my son I was trying advocate for other mothers who were trying to get braces for their kids. Trying to make a suggestion on how to maybe handle future denials and appeals but she was so worried about why my son was denied and me paying out of pocket. She sucked to be a manger .. SUCKED !

This place has really gone down hill , very unprofessional and rude and the dental assistants need to go back to school and go over the rules and regulations and privacy act for minors , I do not recommend this dentist office and they really need to get it together

One of the most unprofessional dental places I have heard of. I scheduled my children both a dental appointment back in April. With telling them my daughter was having teeth pain the closest appointment they could put me at was for September. Well here we are 2 hours before my children's appointment and they call and cancel because the doctor just now informed them that he won't be there today and now I have to wait until March of 2023 for my children to get seen. This is completely inappropriate and ridiculous that I am now waiting an entire year for my children to get seen by this dentist. Taking this as a blessing in disguise don't waste your time or your children's dental health on this place

Loved coming here for two years with my kids but recently i changed dentist due to them not having enough pediatric dentist! Bookings were months out, can't wait that long for checkups makes me nervous for emergencies how would my kids get seen? Otherwise ok experience.

Save yourself alit of money and stay away. Thought they were doing right but come to find out this practice is all about the money . Have to have a lot of rework done at another dentist.

Double and triple check your appointments. Had an appointment for 6 months and went in today after receiving a confirmation text on Thursday for my Monday appointment only for them to say they don't have me in the system, but the system sends the confirmation texts. They said they couldn't take me. Wasted time and gas. Please do better.

Very gentle as far as dentistry goes. Really assuaged any fears I had and were very upfront about pricing. A great experience

I have been going here for years. Great and friendly hygienists and dentists. We also the love the kids dentistry and orthodontics. So convenient having them all together.

Had a partial denture made that broke 3 days later, tried to get an appointment to get it fixed but was given the run around. I called all locations and still not offered a solution. Fast forward a few months I got a bill in the mail for the denture that broke. I called to get an explanation of the bill and I was given the run around again. I talked to 4 different people and everyone one of them said they would call back and I never received a call back. Today I walked into the Virginia Beach office to get answers about my bill and the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional.This practice is substandard and only cares about money. I do not recommend anyone use this practice. Do not go to this practice ever.

I have enjoyed coming to this location since I was a little kid. The staff is friendly and always very helpful. I appreciate the care I receive from the front office to my Dental Assistant.
