Who ever answers the phone at the Wards Corner office needs to be retrained. The woman's customer service skills are very lacking. She was very rude, it was so bad you could hear her nasty attitude through the phone. When the woman told me they no longer have a pediatric office I was glad. I was kind of glad to have to take my daughter some where else. The office staff was always kind of rude anyway. But now they are just nasty. I wish they would go find a job they like so that the customers can get better service from people that actually want to work there.

Don't even bother to make an appointment because there was in the office in July so they can do my paperwork for a root canal that take 6 weeks to process and I call back today as in 9/2 and they forgot to send out my paperwork now I'm in pain and they employee don't care!!!

I was very happy with my dentist, Doctor Hussain, but I left Virginia for a year. Upon my return I set an appointment with my the dentist and was given a bill of $120. The billing Dept. said that they no longer take Humana HMO, even though I told the billing dept. that my dentist is still listed as an HMO provider with Humana. I am on an income and have health issues without LWSS Dentistry being neglectful in their job. This, I'm going to write the billing dept about this. I will probably have to take them to Civil Court with my proof in hand, because of their lack of updating their records.

I waited almost a year and a half for this appointment and when I got there after having to take antibiotics ahead of visit they said I had NO appointment. I have been going there over 30 years and will no longer go there. This office has gotten to be like an assembly line with never the same people working there.

I had my check up with Gina. I was so surprised that she remembered our conversation in May. Next when the Doctor came in, he asked how are you doing because there is so much going on right now. It Blessed me so much. I left knowing they scared about me as a person. Thank you so much. I needed that!

Today I saw one of the best Dentist I hate going to the dentist because of the pain. Dr. Guavara was very gentle and friendly. Dr.Guavara and assistant make me feel calm and relaxed.

I love taking my children here. They explain everything to you about your children teeth. The front staff and dentist is very professional.

Had a appointment for the kids in hygiene for months and when I got there at 8: 00 am I was told that I would have to reschedule because they didn't have a hygienist which would not have been a problem if I had been notified in advance. The kids are missing school, I took off work, and the funny thing is is that this isn't the first time. But they will cancel your appointment if you don't call and confirm when they never answer the phone. . I have tried to be patient because of what we are going through, but I feel they are taking advantage and this company as a whole needs a complete overhaul. I myself work for a dental practice and would have transferred the kiddos a long time ago but like I said I was trying to be patient. My practice would have never tried to pull these shenanigans on their patients. That's why they are losing so much business.

My grandmother goes here and the office is clean, staff is polite, and service is quick! Prices are very reasonable as well.

Super friendly staff and they go above and beyond to accommodate my crazy schedules. My kids have come here for years but it's the first time with me as a patient and I have no complaints.

First time going they turned down my 2 year old who has special needs when I asked to speak with manager they kept me on hold forever ladies at the front desk were rude I called and informed them that I was stuck by the train they still refused my daughter with special needs.
