Awesome! And on time. Megan (hopefully I spelled her name right) was awesome she was gentle and educational along with dr woods. WILL be coming back.

LWSS was highly recommended by hair stylist and I had my first dental procdure on July 6th. Prior to my appointment I had an insurance consultation with Denenne to ensure all my questions were answered. The day of my appointment went very well. Dr. Anderson and his hygienist/assistant made sure I was comfortable and without any worry or fear. I highly recommend LWSS Greenbrier - the entire staff was great and their customer service skills are top notched.

Debated on whether to do a two or three star. The dentist and dental assistants at this office are good. However good luck getting an appointment within a decent amount of time. Also the wait times once you get into the waiting room are way too long! We have been with LWSS for quite a while. But we used to go to the Redmill location, which was great. But it's not there anymore. So, I received a phone call to remind me of my appointment and actually had planned to call today to reschedule due to a scheduling conflict. Unfortunately we had a previous scheduling conflict over three months prior due to a death in the family. I had to schedule it so far out from that original appointment time that I had to set any appointment that I could get. But unfortunately because you have to set it so far out it's hard to arrange your schedule around these things. It was still during the school year when we had to reschedule the appointment for summer. Anyways. I was explaining my frustration about having to wait several months to get an appointment with them and God forbid you need to reschedule, because I guess annual cleanings are not a priority. Anyway, I rescheduled, and then the girl hung up the phone, well she didn't hang up the phone all the way. I could hear her talking about the conversation that she just had on the phone with me. Look, I know it can be frustrating having to talk to people all day long and having to deal with people who are upset about the practice or things that are out of their control. However, that is the position, and you should try to take your customers concerns into consideration and relay the information. Instead of taking it personally, consider that it is/ could be a valid frustration with the practice. Unfortunately you're the middleman. People wouldn't have to consistently reschedule appointments if this practice did not make them schedule so far out. Unfortunately some of us just have very tight schedules. If this office had some flexibility in their schedules or even afternoon appointments! it would make scheduling appointments better. But because of how they structure their schedule for cleanings you almost always have to take your kid out of school, take them to school late, or pull them out of paid summer programs early. The most frustrating part is if I have to reschedule I have to go months before I can get them in again. That's just too much. I will be moving my kids to a different practice unfortunately.

This is the worse dentist I ever went to. I had to have an expensive procedure and weeks go by then went back they tell me my caps are loose and I need root canals done. When I first went there none of my teeth were loose. They gave me an estimate of a couple of thousands of dollars. A couple of months later 3 of my caps fell out. Horrible place just wants your money

My family and I have been going to the Greenbrier location for years. Everyone is very nice and helpful and we have never had a bad experience!

this place is too busy. they are unorganized and will forget scheduled appointments and have no record of them. they seem to not want to see kids either.

I'm so angry right now !! They scheduled my 8 year old 30 min away during school for a filling. We arrive to find out they canceled the appointment and not only that but my son who has been in pain all weekend has to stay like this. Then I ask to schedule the next closest app they tell me there are no openings. So I can't even schedule him to come back. This is insane for this 8 year old to be in pain and this dentist scheduled us to be canceled with out notice. Thanks alot. He is 8 years old . You care so much.

Melissa was very nice she was the one who first put on my braces. She is very nice and cares for her patients, and tries to make sure they're okay and happy as she does what she needs to do, she is the best one yet.

Had a partial denture made that broke 3 days later, tried to get an appointment to get it fixed but was given the run around. I called all locations and still not offered a solution. Fast forward a few months I got a bill in the mail for the denture that broke. I called to get an explanation of the bill and I was given the run around again. I talked to 4 different people and everyone one of them said they would call back and I never received a call back. Today I walked into the Virginia Beach office to get answers about my bill and the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional.This practice is substandard and only cares about money. I do not recommend anyone use this practice. Do not go to this practice ever.

Would think twice before choosing this practice. Our dentist retired and a friend recommended this office. Upon the first visit, my hubby was diagnosed with a condition that would require several costly visits and procedures. Our previous dentist never mentioned this issue, so it seemed sketchy. After insurance, we would be required to pay thousands out-of-pocket, to remedy this. We did one visit to comply, as we were told he would lose his teeth without the intervention, but then we wanted a second opinion, before we continued the recommended course. We went to a new practice and were told that he did NOT have that condition and the need and costs were absolutely unnecessary. This is totally suspect. Either the doctor at LWSS made a gross mistake or something fraudulent is afoot!

Today was my son's first visit on the adult side of the office. Our hygienist, Laura, was amazing. She was so kind to explain what she was doing and make my son feel so comfortable. Dr Smith checked his teeth before we left and answered our questions. It was a great first "real dentist" appointment for my son.
