I scheduled an appointment in the beginning of april for today and was told if they did not take my insurance I would be called. I even had to give them my debit card information because they charge a cancellation fee if you don't cancel 24 hours in advanced. The only thing I got about my appointment before was a text saying to confirm it so I did. I took off work for this appointment, only to be called this morning one hour before my appointment, to be told they do not accept my insurance but I could be a cash payment. like come on who would pay cash when they have insurance. They should do better and send me $25 for canceling on me less than 24 hours before my appointment. Maybe I would have felt better if I felt like they were actually apologetic for wasting my time but even with response there was no apology.

Had an awesome experience staff was the best , thank you Alejandra for helping me with the payment plan. ,as you know dental work can get pricey , I definitely recommend luxe dental , nice and clean and very Comforting .

The BEST dental practice hands down. Very clean, excellent services with QUALITY work. Everyone is extremely friendly and they are very efficient with modern technology. On-site crowns custom porcelain crowns made in 30- 40 minutes. I highly recommend!

This was by far the worst experience I had with the dentist office. The individual at front desk was so rude and uneducated that she couldn't even do the math, she gave me a wrong quote for porcelain veneers. To be more clear the actual value was around $50k and the letter she gave me was $16k, and when I decided to go with them someone else stepped in to correct her without apologizing for this wrong information and mocked me that this is not the "market price". I have to mention that they do cancel appointments if you arrive 2 minutes late, but they'll let you in after a long wait - at least 30 minutes. The most horrible part was $20 charge for Covid scan which was basically measuring your fever, I know it is unbelievable but these are new methods to earn money. Dr. Nguyen numbed my tooth and left the room for an hour to take care of other patients, and it was a painful experience as of course the tooth was not numbed after an hour. It took 10 mins or so and I was charged $500 for it. I just only picked this place as the location was so convenient but please do not do the same mistake and research more about the dentist and overall reviews.

I'm extremely pleased with this practice! I went to the for the 1st time and needed I needed a root canal and crown. I had a plethora of trepidations about going to the dentist, Anh, Drs. Nguyen and Loh, Adele, Chesily and the entire staff was AMAZING! My experience during and after the procedure was more than I could have EVER hoped for! I'm their patient for life!

Let me begin by saying the work done is wonderful. However, I discovered an issue where I was not informed about a charge. Originally I was told by their now let go/no longer working their billing agent I had a total payment of a little over $500 dollars. It now comes as a surprise to me that I have a separate bill well over $2,000. I'm certain I was not informed as I wouldn't have missed a $2,000 bill. They're willing to work with me through this, they've apologized on behalf of the other billing agent. This has left me overall with a bad taste and skeptical about my future bills (if any) and has disappointed me as I'm searching for a reliable and trustworthy dental office.

I've had long wait times at each appointment. The office seems to be short staffed and I never receive notifications regarding my upcoming appointments. At my last appointment, the dentist insisted that I get a new filing which I did not agree with because my filling was rather new. I went and got a second opinion and turns out that I didn't need a new filling at all. Lastly, I was charged for a PPE fee when checking out of my last appointment. I didn't mind paying it, but I was not made aware of this fee prior to my appointment when speaking with the receptionist. Overall, I am not happy with the service nor communication and would not recommend it for new patients.

I would recommend Luxe Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist. The staff is friendly; the office is clean and inviting; and the dental work is very well done. I had to have two crowns and root canal done, which is typically a pretty traumatizing experience. At Luxe, I experienced absolutely no pain from beginning to end, and, while it is a long process, it was all completed in one visit without a need for a temporary crown. I could not have been happier with my results!

We moved. And we still go out of our way to drive to her location. Because it's a peace of mind to know that we are getting the best and most current technological care. Trust me. I've looked. The best in the DFW area! The clinic is super clean and she has the most amazing staff.

Called ahead to verify they were in network / accepted my insurance. They said they checked and told me my insurance was accepted. I went in for an appointment, and was told there was no charge, as my insurance covered everything. Then I got a bill for $224 because they werent in my network. Thanks! They also love to repeatedly call you at 8 AM to confirm your appointment, or ask if you want to change you appointment.. 8 AM. Then today they called again at 8 AM claiming they didnt have my insurance on file. They did. Then they called back again to say they were sorry. Not going back.

RUN AWAY NOW. They are money hungry. The only thing I can say that was great is the way the office looks and the staff who help you before the dentist. The worst dentist I've ever been to. Looks aren't everything. I asked for the fillings my insurance would cover and then they go on how they can't do the work that my insurance be covers because the more problematic problem needs to be addressed which is out of my budget... I proceed to tell them this is out of my budget and I received about 4 lectures about my teeth being important. AS IF I DON'T KNOW. The owner comes into my next appointment after me getting them to just fill what my insurance covers... to embarrass me about payment. I had a plan in my mind when I would pay for my tooth. Then she proceeds to tell she's going to do me a favor since I can't afford something. IMAGINE?? Imagine. My insurance can cover one thing I'm trying to get fixed... and she's more concerned about something else that I made clear I can't afford at the moment. On top of that I have a huge fear of the dentist due to my last one. I got a little afraid to get numb and she just pulls the plug on it all together. She never wanted to work with me in the first place. I just can't believe this is how this dentist is. I was so excited to come here. You can't make people feel uncomfortable or not welcome or act like they don't care about their teeth because they are vocal they can't afford it at the time. TRULY A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This was my first visit and loved it ,will definitely be going back. The doctor was great and she took her time to explain my procedure to me. My out of pocket was reasonable compared to other dental offices. This is my family dental office from now on for sure!! Staff was great

I've been going to Luxe Dental for over a year and have enjoyed every visit with their team. That's rare to say when going to the dentist (!), but the Luxe Dental team does a great job of explaining what they're seeing, how it can be remedied, and the options available to address the problem. It's relatively easy to get an appointment and every member of the team - from the front desk to the Dentists - are friendly and pleasant to work with. They've helped on a few insurance issues and I've always left knowing that they would handle the issue to my satisfaction. Highly recommended team!
