This is THE MOST compassionate dentist's office I have ever visited. I have been in excruciating pain a few times. In the past, before I was a patient at Lutz dentistry, the extent of pain was not a factor for getting an appointment. I recently called Lutz Dentistry . When I expressed my urgency due to pain, they made an appointment for me the same day. I have been a patient at Lutz for about 10 years now, and I could make this review into a book. I've been to many dentists (due to great childhood full of sugar). Lutz Family Dentistry is handsdown the best around. They are friendly and helpful and above all they do an excellent job. I highly recommend them to anyone for any dental need.

This is my 3rd visit with Dr. Megan Lutz, Dentist at Lutz Family Dentistry in Tazewell, Virginia. Each time I go there I am greeted by friendly and smiling staff who are helpful and cheerful. They are quick to keep to your scheduled appointment time, which we all appreciate. However, my first time I had an emergency so they worked me into Dr. Lutz's schedule. She is great at using the numbing gel prior to the needle stick and is actually the best and most gentle dentist to ever work on me. I am 62 years old and I have been to about 6 different dentists over my life. She is a keeper!! THANK YOU DR. MEGAN LUTZ.

The people here were very nice, however they will rob you by not checking your insurance, doing the procedures and take x-rays anyway and the send you a bill. I have never been to an office that will do this to a patient. When I called to confront them, I was told it is completely up to me to call and already know what I can and can not have done that day. I am a new costumer, and no one told me this before hand. A great establishment would check for their costumer and make sure they will not be charged, or ask them to wait until the correct date.

Dr Megan Lutz is awesome as is Summer her assistant. They do meticulous work, are gentle, & their prices are more than fair. I highly recommend this practice.

They are truly amazing! The staff has such great manners, respectful and have wonderful work ethic! Megan Lutz is an amazing doctor and is wonderful with my son. Melanie Lester; the dental hygienist , is absolutely amazing with children and does such an amazing job! My teeth feels absolutely so clean!

I also want to add I have never has a painless procedure but the one I had with Dr. Lutz yesterday was pretty much that. Wonderful group of people! So glad I found them!
