Lush Dental Co. is a Highland based family dentist practice that treats patients of all ages. We are committed to delivering the highest quality dental care and do so using advanced dental equipment. We are a cosmetic dentist that offers services like checkups, teeth cleaning, crowns, veneers and more.
Dr. Shaun Dearing grew up in Mapleton, Utah and attended Utah Valley University where she got her bachelor's degree in School Health Education. Following her time at UVU she was blessed to attend the University of Utah School of Dentistry where she fell in love with science supported treatment planning.
Dr. Shaun is married to her wonderful husband, Sam, and together they share two beautiful children. In her spare time she enjoys educating herself on the latest dental procedures and techniques, taking her kids to Thanksgiving Point, and attends as many Jazz games as she and Sam can!
Dr. Ash Dearing is passionate about staying up to date on all aspects of cutting edge dentistry and facial aesthetics by investing in supplemental education and training. Her driving motivation is to provide her patients the best possible treatment catered to their individual needs and desires. Dr. Ash received her Bachelors of Science degree in biology from Utah Valley University and attended dental school at Roseman University School of Dental Medicine. She loves the many different activities Utah has to offer, including hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, and horse-back riding, just to name a few. Dr. Ash is married to her husband, Steve, and has 2 beautiful girls!
Stephanie was born in Southern California and at the age of 12, her family moved to Utah. While growing up her father instilled in her and her siblings to always be kind, help someone in need, and do what makes you happy. With that in mind, Stephanie would find herself always being pulled towards healthcare but found herself having a weak stomach when it came down to blood or anything that involved needles. But she did find a passion in Administration. Where she would be able to help patients on understanding their insurance and helping them figure out the best route to financially take care of themselves. Shes been Managing Offices for a little over 17 years and 12 of those have been in Dentistry. She doesnt see herself doing anything since shes found a career that makes her happy and helps patients as much as she can. When shes not managing an office, shes trying to manage her mom life of two boys. Youll always find her with her two boys that keep her on her toes. With Stephanies love for music and her boys sharing that love. You can guarantee that they have their dance sessions while singing their hearts out.
Kumari comes from a very strong dental background that has influenced some of her earliest memories. Her dad, a dentist in Washington, and mom, a nurse who taught pathophysiology to dental hygiene students, instilled in her a love for dentistry at a very young age along with 3 other siblings who have also become hygienists. She began working and assisting in her dads practice and then worked 10+ years as a dental assistant before graduating in the inaugural class of Utah College of Dental Hygiene in 2007. Since then, shes loved caring for members of the Utah community as a Registered Dental Hygienist and serves on the UCDH Program Advisory Committee. A highlight of her career has been accompanying the University of Washington on a dental/medical brigade mission to Panama in 2011. Kumari was adopted from India and raised in Seattle by her amazing parents who adopted 5 other children as well as having 6 of their own. Kumaris favorite activity is spending a long day at the beach, soaking up the sun outdoors, with her husband and 3 boys.
Madi was born and raised in Manti Utah. Besides long walks on the beach and getting caught in the rain, she loves competitive sports, cooking, and spending time with family. Her love for dentistry came from a service mission to the Dominican Republic. She started dental assisting training in 2016, and then took two years off to play college softball at USUE. Once she graduated with her associates degree she started dental assisting full time in 2018. She knew that the dental field was what she wanted to pursue. So she finished up her dental school prerequisites, and is currently applying to dental schools while finishing up her bachelors at UVU. She loves all the modern advancements in dentistry, and is excited to see how dentistry evolves in the future! Her favorite thing about assisting is building personal relationships with all the patients.
Kailey is from Los Angeles California. She is currently studying to become a dental hygienist. She has spent most of her life cheering and was lucky enough to cheer at Utah Valley University where she won a National Title. She loves to travel, work out, and be with her friends and family.

Great experience today at Lush Dental Co. Michelle is always very friendly at the front desk. Kumari was my hygienist and did a great job. She is so friendly and personable. She is really skilled, knowledgeable, and a great asset to the office. Dr. Shaun is super friendly and a dentist I can trust. I am on their membership program (non-insurancel and find it a great value. Beautiful office and view. I have and will recommend them to my friends, family, and my patients.

It seems odd to say, but I actually enjoyed my visit to the dentist. The staff here were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, educated, and safe. After trying multiple dentists, we will be returning here for years to come!

Great quality. They definitely have "cutting edge technology" as they are fairly new and have all the new high-tech dental equipment. As for the "spa-like environment" which originally attracted me for my first visit.....nothing has really impressed me but I'm a male that goes there for dental services so maybe it's different for those getting other services. It's a really nice place though. Not your usual "doctor office" decor

Dr. Shaun has fixed a few of my cavities and given me two caps. She did a fabulous job. I had no pain during any of my visits. I appreciated how she would explain things to me amd offer me options. I found her to be very comfortable, confident and thorough in her work. It is obvious she loves her profession. Her new office is so very beautiful and I am looking forward to going there. Dr. Ashleigh has not worked on my teeth. But I have met her and would feel comfortable having her work on my mouth as well.

The staff has been very responsive during the time prior to our first visit, and wonderful while we were in the office. They are competent, friendly, accepting and instructive. I feel very secure in the treatment plan suggested. I just wish we had found them sooner.

I am so glad that Dr. Shaun Dearing is opening her new office in Highland. it's much closer to my home than her other office. I am in my sixties and to have a dentist that is carful working with older teeth has been very nice. I had to have a root canal on a tooth my last appointment. She did a great job. Would recommend Lush Dental and Dr. Dearing without hesitation.
