Cracked a crown recently and it was noticed by Kari, the dental hygienist during a scheduled cleaning. I was set up with a temporary crown and later a permanent crown. Dr. Chadda and Sam took good care of me. They were warm and personable and took great care not to cause me any pain or discomfort. I like coming here because they always take an interest in my latest projects, business ventures or ask me about my grandkids. I like catching up with them and their lives as well. I would highly recommend their office to anyone that want conscientious people who care about you and your dental health.

Where do I start! The whole staff at Lumon Dental are wonderful. Ease of making appointments to the actual visit - this dental practice is professional, compassionate and understanding. Never pushy to do more than what is necessary. Cleanings are gentle yet thorough. I belive that their moto is "personal touch". Highly recommended!

I went too long without a cleaning after Covid shut everything down. When I finally went back, my dental hygienist spotted a lump on my neck and told me to get it checked out stat... it turned out to be cancer. She may have literally saved my life as I'm certain I'd have continued to not notice it. I'm not out of the woods yet; all I can say is that there is clearly a lot of caring and paying attention to detail here. Don't skip your cleanings kids.

Switch to this practice a few years back and glad that I did. My wife and family all are patients and enjoy it. Friendly staff, send text reminders, they follow up. Also, Dr. Chadda, fixed a botched crown from another practice and haven't had any issues going forward.

I love Lumon Dental! Been a patient for over 2 years and could not be happier. As a patient with high dental anxiety, they could not be more patient with me. They answer all my questions, never rush me out the door yet are quick with the services, understand my fear around xrays and other dental work, and they don't push services. I can't tell you how many dentists in the past have tried to get me into braces just because I don't have the "Perfect" smile. Dr. Chadda always tells me how great my smile is and is just overall a fantastic dentist. I would recommend her and Lumon Dental to everyone.

Dr. Chaddah and Dr. Casey are phenomenal. I am so lucky that I have been taken such good care of since I left my last office. The assistants and techs are kind and funny. The office has a warm and welcoming vibe.

I've been attending Lumon Dental Just over 8 years. The last few years have seen significant changes within this Dental Practice. The entire office staff from the first point of contact until your check out, the staff goes above and beyond for their patients. Dr. Chadda has been a great addition. Her kindest, the follow-up phone calls to patients, information and education to help promote healthy oral environment. I look forward to the next eight years with Dr. Chadda and her great staff. The staff is very cordial and helpful. Your comfort is first with the staff. The dentists are friendly and willing to answer all questions before any procedure is done. Sarah is awesome to help with insurance questions. The work I have had done is excellent and they work with you until everything is just right with your teeth!

It's been really hard to find a good dentist and I've been to a few, but nobody has compared to Dr. Chadda and her staff. When I had my first appointment it was a cleaning with Dawn and she was really funny, but also friendly. Then I came back for some fillings. I had Sam who is also really nice and assisted with my fillings. I've been here 3 times so far and each time has been a really good experience. It's not easy finding a good dentist office with good people, but the people here are amazing. They've made me feel comfortable and confident about having work done while being able to still smile. Thank you to the whole Lumon dental team! :)

Staff is so incredibly nice and professional. I've had quite a bit of work done on my teeth and they've done an excellent job every time! Hands down best dentist around!

When I moved to Detroit I tried many dentists before choosing Dr. Chadda and her staff, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! Cleanliness, professionalism and expertise are the qualities that I was looking for and what I found in this clinic. Highly recommended!

A horrible experience! My wife had dental treatment with this office. Their front desk people are highly unprofessional. They jumped my bill a lot than the initial estimate. When we ask about initial estimate every one is lying and arguing. They are saying this is the way this office will work. Dr.Chadda is so rude. I don't recommend any one to this office. Their treatment is worst, my wife got lot of dental issues after vising this office. Think wisely and avoid this office.

I recently relocated from west Michigan where I had a phenomenal dental team I was sad to leave. Upon discovering Lumon dental I was immediately impressed, the staff was kind and courteous and the building was clean. I can't wait to get my bite guard that's almost $300 cheaper than previously quoted!

My kids & I (ages 13 & 17) started coming here last spring, first for cleanings but we hadn't been to the dentist in awhile so we each had a few cavities to handle. Everything & everyone was great through the whole process! Never felt any shame about not having been in for so long & they even worked w me on payments to cover what insurance wouldn't. We all just did our Fall appts & everything went smoothly again, the staff was friendly and we're very comfortable here!

I'm originally from Florida and I couldn't get an appointment with my home orthodontist for a new retainer but Dr. Chadda was extremely accommodating and flexible with my schedule and I was able to get an appointment so quick! The facilities felt clean and the entire staff is so welcoming and do a great job making you feel super comfortable. The dental assistant, Taylor, was so professional and did a great job helping me out. I am so thankful to be able to preserve my smile. I cannot recommend this office enough! The best in the metro Detroit area!
