I have been going here since 2018. Now I would have given it a 5 star, because of the Dentist Dr. J. She is AMAZING! The staff is good too. HOWEVER, with the way that inflation has hit us all and the tactics of Lumina Dental for money is ridiculous! They come at you full force to charge you an exuberant amount to get a deep cleaning or anything. Forget about insurance! If you don't have a good one, go somewhere else. They refused cleaning because they wanted to charge me over $1,400 for another deep cleaning I had done a year ago. I just saw another dentist for a second opinion and they were surprised! They were able to clean my teeth (regular cleaning) AND set up an initial and maintenance plan for deep cleaning at HALF the cost! Geez....really?? Lumina Dental needs to price gouge here? Especially if you are a repeat customer? Insane!

We've been working together to make dentures and I am very pleased. My denture will look almost like my original teeth when we're done and I am thrilled they listen and act on my request for longer canines like I was known to have by my family.

6/25 I had a bad toothache that morning Lumina Dental was open, I called and they told me they would see me and gave me an appointment right away. When I arrived the staff was friendly and professional. The nurse that took my X-rays was super sweet and was very patient with me. The whole process was pretty quick, the doctor came in soon after my X-rays and vitals where taken, she was a nice lady, she examined me, told me what The situation was and what the plan of action would be to help me feel better. After that I met with the young lady that explained the procedures and what the cost would be if I decided to proceed, gave me couple options and honestly I was was expecting it to be more expensive, I was presently surprised that the charges were reasonable and made sense. I will gladly visit them again for treatment. Very satisfied with their service.

The entire staff at Lumina is comforting and capable! My experience has been amazing. I had a great fear of dentist sense a child. I can now say my fears have been put away I trust my dentist at Lumina and my smile is improving with each visit.

Fantastic service at this dentist! My fiance needed extensive dental work to have a full set of dentures. Lumina Dental worked with us to find financing and offered a veteran's discount to help with the cost. We're uninsured, so getting any work has been a challenge. Lumina Dental is affordable. They've fit him in with 2 emergency extractions before he decided to get the full dentures. The friendly staff is excellent making sure everything runs smoothly while calming nerves and assuring each patient has a comfortable experience. The office is very clean and the waiting room is comfortable. The dentist was very careful and made sure my fiance was comfortable every time. Lumina Dental in Lutz offers twilight dentistry which was very helpful in his case with 25 extractions. They also make sure that he not having any sore spots as his gums heal by having him come in for adjustments. His new teeth look spectacular! He's able to smile for the first time in decades without being self conscience about how his teeth look. He going to have the best smile at our wedding! If you want a great smile, Lumina Dental is the place to go!

I am extremely scared of dentist since a child. I haven't been to a dentist in many many years out of fear. This was a have to situation with a broken tooth that had got infected. Best experience I have ever had. They offered me sedation that I gladly welcomed. I had no pain and they took very good care of me. Beautiful sweet people. I am going back to have all of my teeth taken care of , that's how comfortable I am there. Thank you thank you so much.

My appointment was scheduled for 1PM..they were right on time. I had an extraction done. I was out by 1:45..i need more work done so i will be returning.
