Been coming to see Dr. Lum for years. Even after moving I still drive out to make my appointments. Now my 2 boys are also his patients and we are very happy with the care they provide and the wonderful service.

it was a very Bad experience. I did cleaning and exam last year December 2019, and that is the first time I come to this dental office. I know this office from opencare( online promotion) They gave me wrong information, they quote me $4 out of pocket, and afterward when I done all the services and exam cleaning, they ask me to pay $47. How weird ....

This is a clinic that will force you to REPEATEDLY take X-rays for a dental CLEANING. I recently moved to this area so I have to switch clinic. After scheduling an appoint with this clinic I was asked to take an X-ray. Because I just took a complete set of X-ray with my previous clinic, I had them transferred my records to this clinic. It is a complete record with all details and panorama. When I called to confirm it would suffice I was told "our clinic won't take new patients until an X-ray is taken." When I asked them why would I need to take another X-ray when you already got my record beside I'm only in for a cleaning, I was basically told the same thing, the Dr requires every patient to take an X-ray. You don't need to be a doctor to know X-ray should be avoided until it's necessary. Yeah they may treat you friendly, they may appear to be very professional, but this clinic is run by a doctor who will trade your well being for profit. It doesn't matter how qualified you are, or how experienced you are, bottom line is anyone with that mindset does not deserve to be called a doctor, DDS or not. I won't go to this clinic. And I believe anyone considering going should know this before they do.

I have been a patient of Dr. Karl Lum for many years now, and he has completely transformed my oral health. I have had bad experiences with my childhood dentist, and I knew I needed to find a new dentist once I felt my wisdom teeth starting growing in. During my first visit, we discovered multiple cavities and saw that my wisdom teeth (top & bottom) were clearly coming in. It was nerve wracking to see the status of my oral health at the time, but I was always able to completely trust Dr. Karl Lum throughout my journey. He has referred me to great and reputable professionals for removing my wisdom teeth, root canals, and getting a permanent tooth implant for when I broke my tooth two years. Yes - I have come a long way for my oral health, and I was very lucky to have Dr. Karl Lum to help me along the way. He and his staff have been very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They are the reason for the smile that I have today and I could not thank them enough!

I've been going to Dr. Lum's office for years now and my wife goes here as well. Dr. Lum and his team are great! My teeth always feels so clean every time I leave here after an appointment. Dr. Lum takes great care in cleaning my teeth and when it comes to other dental procedures, he always makes sure that you're comfortable. I always recommend him when friends and family ask about a dentist.

Dr. Lum and staff are awesome! My family is always taken care of and they go the extra mile. One of only a few dentist that I found willing to coordinate HMO and PPO insurance plans. I highly recommend this dentist and office.

I have been going to Dr. Lum's office for about 10 years now and have never had a negative experience. Dr. Lum is very thorough in what he does and also gives great feedback on how to keep your teeth looking and feeling great. His staff is great as well. I moved to Southern California over a year ago and I still kept Dr. Lum as my dentist. A good dentist is not easy to find. So when you find that one, it is best to hang on if you can.

I've never had to wait for scheduled appointments. Dr. Lum is very personable and thorough during the dental exam. I've been his patient for over 20 years. Great staff.

I have been visiting Dr. Karl Lum for twice a year checkups and teeth cleaning for several years now. Dr. Lum does very thorough checkups and cleanings. Throughout the years I have also had fillings, a root canal, and a couple of crowns done and I have had no problems at all with this work. Also, I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in the waiting room. after arriving at his office. He and his staff are always very friendly and prompt.

I would highly recommend Dr. Lum to anyone, based on the 14+ years my family and I have experienced with him. He is very thorough, detail oriented, efficient and communicative with providing advice and any concerns I may have. The whole staff team in general are very professional. My family and I drive half an hour from SF just to see him for our appointments. We truly believe he is one of a kind and would be hard to be replaced by any nearby dentist.

Dr. Lum provided dental care for my whole family for the last 15 years. And we come back not just for the friendly staff or fanciful mobiles that hang from the ceiling (which are great!), but, rather, from the consistently high quality of professional care. Thanks so much, Dr Lum!
