Wow! Just wow! Awesome Dr. Awesome staff! Everything about this place was more than good! I'm so happy I found this office I highly recommend to anyone who is in search of a dentist. I went to Western dental a week before coming here and what a difference. Western dental gave me an appointment for cleaning. I went in and did paperwork. Waited for an hour just so they can tell me they don't do cleanings on that day. I walked out never went back. I'm so glad I found a new office where I know I will be taken care of. Thank you!!!

Dr. Castillo and his staff are super friendly. A lot of the time in many offices, the dr's or assistants are a little rude at times, or very distant making for a less comfortable appointment. That's not the case here! Probably the best dentist and staff I've ever been to. Kind, and good at his work. They made getting my appointments booked and finished very simple. I like the reminder texts too! Finally found my go-to dentist.

Dr Castillo's office was so helpful in getting me a root canal that had been ignored by other dentists for so long, and also amazing when it comes to paying for the crown. So good infact that I made my mother come because she was having trouble with a dentist who just refused to help and Dr Castillo stepped in took action to help my mother with the pain she was having. He and his office are wonderful people and so considerate to their clients. Shout out to Lorena who always helped me out when it came to scheduling and my payments. 10/10 recommend

I had the same problem. Lorena ruined my day. My insurance deferred some work and needed more info. I called and tried to talk to Lorena. I explained that the letter i got from the insurance said they needed more info. She started yelling at me on the phone claiming that it was denied. I asked her to send me the letter they got saying that it was denied and she refused and told me to call my insurance. I also asked her why she was yelling at me and she said i was not listening. Lol. I heard it all. I asked for her copy of the"denial" and she refused. Probably because it dose not exists. Very poor service. If you want your day ruined, try to get Lorena and Dr. Castillos office to help you. Very very disappointing. Update.. After being advised to do so, i called my insurance. They repeated exactly what the letter they sent me said, they needed more information and x-rays. Called and tried to explain this once again to Lorena. She was a little more affable once i verified what i already knew. All and all, the dentist was cool, but i think the office is being sloppily managed a very angry person giving out the incorrect information. I just wanted my teeth cleaned. I never expected to be yelled at and hung up on.

Dr. Castillo has been my go-to dental provider since 2006! I do not trust anyone to work in my mouth but this great, kind, patient dentist. He is as gentle as a dove and extremely patient, as I'm not the best patient in a dental chair! His staff is the best and sweetest people ever! I feel at home when I'm there!! They all have a great sense of humor and a deep empathy for their patients! Es un buen Doctor de Dentista!

I'd give 0 stars if i could. Dont waste your time going here unless you want half a** work done. He wastes your time by making you come back in 3-4 visits just for fillings. He started my root canal that was approved by my insurance then did half of the work, and said they were going to fall behind in time because he had other patients and would not finish my root canal that day. Mind you i was the first appointment at 9am and i was out of there before 10 so he spent an hour doing only half of the work. Then schedules me for an appointment 2-3 weeks out to "finish" well this was yesterday and I got a call today stating he was going to refer me out and could not finish the root canal. Now im in pain, worse than what i was before he even started the root canal and I was never prescribed any pain medicine or antibiotics. Don't go here this dentist is just racking up insurance payments and not even providing quality work.

I just had a filling replaced at Dr. Castillo's dental clinic. Going to the dentist is not the most pleasant experience but Dr. Castillo makes sure you are comfortable and he takes extra care to make sure you have the least amount of pain. He is a very detailed oriented dentist. He takes extra care to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Castillo!
