Dr. Menendez has been my dentist for more than 30 years. My wife and I used to live in Queens and his office was very close to us. Few years ago we moved to Connecticut but the distance didn't separate us. The professionalism and friendly atmosphere found in his practice, his office and in his longtime assistant Claudia makes our trip to NJ more than worthy and justified.

Amazing service and quality of treatment. Dr.Menendez is hands down the best dentist in the area and I've tried a few. Knowledgeable, caring, and concise service. Will guide you every step to a better dental hygiene without doing unnecessary things. Won't regret coming here.

I've been going to Dr. Menendez the past few years and each visit has always been very informative. Dr. Menendez takes the time to talk and explain everything in a kind and pleasant manner. And his team makes the rest of the visit pleasant. I highly recommend his practice to anyone!

Most comfortable dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Menendez was very professional and eased any anxiety I had. I had the worse pain in my teeth and they immediately saw me. I can't recommend Dr. Menendez enough.

Dr. Menendez is an exceptional DDS. My husband (deceased) was a dentist so I know what excellence is and what to expect in a dentist. Dr. Menendez is professional, outgoing and friendly, goes into extreme detail when explaining a potential procedure or answering any questions you may have. He takes his time with you and never rushes through your appointment. He is a very genuine caring doctor where his patients are his #1 priority. When you are in his examining room chair the rest of the world stops. It's just the patient and the doctor. Period. The appointment making process is easy and Claudia (receptionist/office manager) goes out of her way to work around YOUR schedule to be seen. She, too, is very caring and totally interested in you as a patient. Insurance paperwork is taken care of so you don't have to worry about anything. The techs that work at Dr. Menendez's office are also professional, well groomed and in clean uniforms. The office is also sparkling clean. All instruments are taken out of their sterilized bags in front of you when in the chair and not just sitting there when you walk in. No, no, no THE BAG IS OPENED AFTER YOU ARE SEATED.. Dr. Menendez has the most uptodate equipment and machines also. What more could one possibly ask for in a dentist? I can't think of one single thing. Just ask yourself what you are looking for in your future DDS and if it's professionalism, caring, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced person then you have found your man. I have lived in this part of NJ for 8 years and have bounced around with other dentists and was never fully happy until a friend recommended Dr. Menendez. I thought "here we go again" but not this time. I am a lifelong patient in his practice.

I moved to the Port Imperial area last year and was looking for a dentist. I saw the reviews for Dr. Luis Menendez and decided to schedule a visit for a cleaning. The visit went very smooth. No waiting time and the Dr. Menendez and his staff were friendly and very efficient. A short time after, I broke a tooth on a Saturday night, so sent an email to Dr. Menendez. I got a appointment the following Monday. No waiting time and the temporary crown and permanent crown were perfect. No pain or uncomfortable period to adjust to the crowns. I highly recommend Dr. Menendez and his staff. They are responsive, efficient and very nice.

Dr. Luis Menendez has been my dentist for a number of years and I have always found him to be a talented, honest and gentle individual. He takes time to explain procedures and answer questions. Dr. Menendez is the ultimate professional and I highly recommend him. The staff in his office is efficient and very caring. They make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes before seeing the doctor. El Dr. Luis Menendez es un dentista excelente y lo recomiendo sin reservas, Todo el personal habla ingles y espanol.

I usually don't like to go to any doctor appointments but my wife recommended me Dr. Menendez and his staff. They're welcoming and personable. Claudia makes you feel like she's known you for a long time and Dr. Menendez has great bedside manner. I highly recommend their team to anyone!

I was nervous going to the dentist but Dr. Menendez is professional, so amazingly kind and caring he made sure that I feel comfortable and definitely no pain during every dental procedures! Staffs also are very friendly and professional. The office is clean with calming environment. I would highly recommended his practice to anyone looking for a dentist!

Dr. Menendez has a great office. It's very conveniently located, and is well maintained (cleanliness and Covid protocols)The staff, especially Claudia, are exceptional. The whole process is made easy from booking to paying (even contacting your insurance to develop a plan). The Dr.s chairside manner is calming, reassuring as well as educational. When available, Saturday appointments make missing work a non-issue. This was one of the best referrals I've received from a friend.

I have been a client of Dr. Menendez for over 20 years. I like him because he is very professional and thoroughly explains procedures in advance. Due to COVID and other circumstance, I now travel from Queens to New Jersey, but the commute was easier than expected. The office is clean and staffs friendly. The New York view is splendid. The ride to W. New York was not bad.

Dr. Menendez is a wonderful dentist that I recommend to everyone. He took care of a pain I had after a year with another dentist. He's gentle and kind and always checks up on me after a procedure to make sure I didn't have any negative reactions (which I haven't). His receptionist, Claudia, is also very sweet and remembers things I've told her from 4 appointments ago. I'm very happy I found this Dentist in West NY, after just moving from Manhattan. No pain and always a warm welcome!

I have been all over looking for a dentist that knows what they're doing and most importantly, honest to what procedure that needs to be done and I am so glad that I found Dr. Menendez. In my opinion he is very experienced and knowledgeable of his practice. Even if he is an hour away I have no problem driving knowing I am going to the right dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Luis Menendez.
