Dr. Marini is dedicated to earning your trust as your dentist. He believes in spending time with patients, listening to your goals and concerns, so that he understands what you want and gives you the attention you deserve from your dentist. He refrains from the use of fast-talking advertising or gimmickry, preferring instead that the actions of himself and his practice demonstrate his commitment to patient care. It is his privilege to treat your dental needs.
Born and raised in Waterbury, Connecticut, Dr. Luciano Marini learned the value of hard work and quality at an early age. As a first generation American, Dr. Marinis family emigrated from Italy and settled in Waterbury. He attended local schools and received his bachelors degree from the University of Connecticut in 1981. Dr. Marini subsequently attained his dental degree at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. Upon the completion of his residency training at Waterbury Hospital Health Center in 1986, he opened his general dental practice, providing all phases of dental care from cosmetic dentistry to preventative dental care.
In 1994, Dr. Marini relocated his practice to its current location in order to accommodate the growth of the practice and to provide dental care in a more modern facility. Dr. Marini has dedicated numerous hours to both patient care and postgraduate continuing education in all phases of dentistry in his efforts to achieve a level of quality unmatched by other dental practices and to strive toward attaining 100% patient satisfaction. He is a member of numerous national and local dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Connecticut Dental Association and the Waterbury Dental Society.
Dr. Mancini has recently joined our practice. As a lifelong resident of Watertown, Dr. Mancini attended local schools and received her doctorate degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She is committed to providing comprehensive dentistry for all ages providing the highest standard of dental care and utilizing the latest techniques and materials. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association and the Waterbury Dental Society. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, and her friends.

So grateful for this office. Everyone is so professional and caring. Had to take my elderly father in law there for an emergency, and they were accommodating and able to help him quickly. The office is clean, and the prices are especially fair for someone without insurance. I really can't thank them enough. Five star dental care!!

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Marini for several years. We can't say enough about the quality of his work, the professionalism of his team, and the comfort that he instills in us with every visit. This is an amazing office! Our family has been with this office for over 9 yrs.. Tmg is hard for my appointment for limited space for the Dr to work with. They have always been very caring n sensitive with my needs. My children see this office as well, we r very pleased with the whole staff. I recommend this office for Everyone! Adults n children! Very calm n compassionate staff!

Long time patients of the practice. Good dentists, hygenists. BUT, the billing department is lacking big time. The office did not explain how much an out of pocket service would cost, the bill went into collectors and we reached out to the office twice and they said we didn't. After this experience they lost 4 patients. Refused to take any responsibility what so ever. Sad.

I reached out via email for information they advise the dentist will give you a call. That did not happen. A woman called very polite and explained that I should make an appointment. She asked my insurance I told her Aetna. She said they are not in partnership with Aetna but can bill them. I accept the appointment take the day off of work go there and was advised no we do not take Aetna and I would have to pay out of pocket. Don't waste people's time to get them in the door, explain during the initial call and give the patient the fair opportunity to say no thank you.

I am so very glad I found Dr. Mancini. If you are like me and I know many people are, she is very very patient and understanding my fears. She is very gentle and makes me feel very comfortable when she is working on me. It means a lot to know that when you have to go to the dentist they will do their most to make the procedure painless. I also go to Katie who is one of the dental hygenists at the practice. She is also very caring and understanding and makes sure that I do not feel her working on my teeth. I was in the office last week in the waiting room - she saw me sitting there and she came right out to me to say hello and assure me that everything would be OK with a big hug - something she certainly did not need to do - she and Dr. Mancini both are very caring. The receptionists in the office also are very friendly and helpful and take the time to answer your questions. Your appointment is met on time, there is plenty of parking and very convenient. While I still have my fear of the dentist everyone does everything to reassure me so that I can have the work done that needs to be done without pain......
