Be aware this office charged me $100 for one missed appoitment. When question the answer was because the appoitnment was for one hour so they charged me $50 for every 30 minutes they lost.

RIP OFF DENTIST.. Initially it was called an OSHA fee now its called an Infection Control fee for the sanitizer. This is actually a SCAM FEE. After the conversation I had this morning I definitely will be reporting to BBB. ALL doctor offices take the pandemic seriously that I have visited but none of them are making up fees to take advantage of their patients. Her prices are outrageous and to charge an extra $20per visit because of the pandemic and call it an OSHA fee is robbery. I went back to SK Dental, no other dentist office charge this foolery made up fee. When I asked her why did she start charging this, she said she has to take care of her family family family.

I've had a really good experience with Dr. Ditch. The staff is very upfront with the prices. They all are kind and quick. The office is pristine. I'd very much recommend Dr. Ditch's office.

I love Dr. Ditch and her team. They always run on time and the office is super clean. The staff is great and loving. Would definitely recommend her and her team. They are amazing!!!

I agree with one of the other reviewers -- the waits to be seen and treated are excessive. Also, I feel like I'm on an assembly line when I visit -- I normally have to wait 20+ minutes in the dental chair one or more times during each visit while she treats patients in other rooms. Finally, her prices are relatively high. Consequently, my wife and I have switched dentists and are much happier with the new one. One final comment -- Dr. Ditch wants to charge me "$24 per x-ray and $.86 per record page" to have my records sent to my new dentist, which I will not pay.

Dr Ditch is an amazing dentist! She really cares about your condition and is extremely honest. I would recommend her to everyone as she is gentle with your mouth.

I'm glad to see how seriously Dr. Ditch and her team are taking the pandemic. At all times I felt like everyone was taking the utmost precautions for their safety and mine. I also appreciate that the team is kind, friendly and gentle, but also firm about relaying their guidance about the best dental hygiene. I trust the medical advice I get from Dr. Ditch and her team. Dr. Ditch even took the time to call me to discuss a question I had emailed about whether some new dental products would be suitable for me.

Dr Ditch is the most considerate, caring, kind person. She has been absolutely fantastic in her practice of dentistry. She strives very hard to get the job done with care and patience. I'm very comfortable in the chair each time I go to her. She has followed up personally after a visit to see how I am doing after my office visit. I would and recommended her to family and friends. Usually rarely have a problem but since Dr Lamkin retired, I've had to wait longer than usual to get waited on. Getting taken back ok I get I can wait 10 extra minutes but sitting in the chair for over 30 minutes with only being numbed and no explanation, something's gotta change. I don't have time for this. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Getting taken back ok I get I can wait 10 extra minutes but sitting in the chair for over 30 minutes with only being numbed and no explanation, something's gotta change. I don't have time for this. I'll go elsewhere next time.
