I came in for a permanent retainer. Came in the first day and he claimed he didn't want to put it on due to me not having a cleaning. Got a cleaning the day after and a day later i went back a 2nd time to see if I could get the permanent retainer. This time, he told me it was my gums and that you can't floss correctly with a permanent retainer. He did this in intentions to lure me away from that option and get a plastic retainer instead, something I already have and was even wearing when i came in BOTH appointments. He made up such poor excuses. There are even ortho professionals in my family that inspected my teeth and knew this would be a good option for me. He wanted me to pay for something i do not want nor need so he could make a buck off of me. This place is very well known for trying to sell you something for THEIR benefit only. I should've listened to what they said. Don't waste your time

My daughter MyKeah loves going here. They are always very gentle with her and Dr.Caceydo and his staff are always very friendly. Clarisse is great and she helps in ways you would never believe and she understands life.We have always had a great experience here and we always go back in a timely manner. I recommend that you go here to get your braces.

Dr Caycedo and his staff are fantastic!! My special needs daughter has been in braces for 2 years for major, major mouth problems and I wouldn't take her anywhere else!!

Got seen by a lovely lady named Brittany who helped in taking out some permanent metal retainers that had partially fallen out and were painfully jabbing at my tongue and mouth. She gave awesome recommendations, was very professional and friendly, and overall made this a wonderful experience. I will absolutely be coming to Lubbock Family Orthodontics again to fix some other orthodontic problems in the future. A huge thank-you to Brittany!
