I spent the entire weekend in severe pain from my wisdom teeth one being half broken & the other top completely broken off. The pain was excruciating! Monday morning I called to see if there was any way I could book an appointment. I was expecting to have to wait weeks to get in but much to my relief and surprise the receptionist told me to come in right away so I could get squeezed in between patients. Visit took 15 minutes tops & I had antibiotics & steroids that had me back to normal within 30 minutes. So truly greatful!!

I visited Lubbock Dental Care for the first time with my grandfather. He had his regular appointment, and I accompanied him. The receptionist asked us to hold back in the waiting room. I expected it to be a lengthy wait and started watching a movie. But, I was amazed that even before I could check the cast, we were called, and my grandpa was diagnosed. The doctor was amiable; he inquired about my grandpa's health and routine. They even cracked a joke about something funny. He then treated my grandpa, shared some hygiene tips, and scheduled his next appointment. I had never met such a friendly healthcare practitioner and was glad to meet one.

Doctors at Lubbock Dental Care are highly professional dentists. They are not only skilled and knowledgeable in their field, but they are also warm, kind, and caring people. I was treated with respect and dignity from the moment I walked into the office, which is something that is often not given to many people. They were always nice and friendly, promptly answering any questions or concerns that I had. Their friendly approach is what makes them special and better than others. I do not have to worry about my dental needs because I know a place that can provide the best dental care!

I had a wierd smile since childhood, and I disliked all my photos. So I visited lubbock dental care for their expert opinion to avoid such a feeling further. They gave me proper assistance and recommend the right treatment. It was challenging to decide, but they advised me appropriately in terms of medical and its impact on my life. Today, I have a wonderful smile and enjoy posing in front of the camera more often than I used to do. It was a transforming experience physically, mentally, and emotionally. I am glad their team was accommodating, making my treatment smoother than I had expected. Thank you so much to the team. Keep up the good work.

I was in need of immediate dental work. I had lost a crown and Lubbock Dental Care was able to get me in at my earliest convenience. I checked in online and was in and out in 15 minutes. My crown fits like new again.

I wanted to give my review of lubbock dental care especially for dental implants. I was impressed by how I was treated throughout the process. I appreciated the time and patience they gave me. I felt they did a great job and would recommend them to anyone. This dental care was a pleasant experience for me. The staff always explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable throughout the implant process. I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting dental implants done.

Our dental hygienist named Tracer was the absolute best!!! He was so good with my 8 year old son, and had him smiling and actually enjoying his cleaning. I hope we can be blessed with him every time we come in!!

I have used Dr. Marshall for over 20 years. I have always received excellent care and personal service from him. Every employee I come in contact with is always nice, friendly and professional. I have recommended Lubbock Dental Care to many people and coworkers. I highly recommend them.

I woke up with terrible dental pain and did not have the time to book an appointment with a dentist. A co-worker quickly booked an appointment with lubbock dental care, and we arrived shortly. The staff did not waste a minute and directed me to the practitioner. Soon I was relieved from the pain, and they gave me further assistance.

My first encounter with Lubbock dental care was quite refreshing! Honestly, I visited their clinic as a friend recommended it, so I scheduled an appointment. All their staff was accommodating and encouraged me not to worry about the pain in my tooth. They constantly inquired whether I needed something which made me feel comfortable. Thank you.

I don't recommend this place. They over charge you. Ask for the manager to call me for the charges. No one called me back. They will sure take your money real fast.

We used this practice for years, happily. Then Dr. McCuistion retired. We were debating on leaving the practice when they hired on Dr V, who was awesome-and HE left the practice, too. We found another dental practice since Dr. V was the only reason we stayed. Some started heavily pushing orthodontics since they added it when McCuistion retired. Dr. V was the only one I trusted, since he wasn't pushy.

DO NOT recommend i paid 150$ for a fill that THEY told me i needed on a tooth that WASNT giving me problems and didnt even have a dot of a cavity on it. I went ahead and listened to them and got the fill done and now I CAN NOT eat on that side its been over a month now. It feels like someone is stabbing my nerve which they told me i should be able to eat on that side with no problem. Carelessness people. Dont even deserve ONE star. Only reason i put one star is because it wont let me put no stars

Dr. Dyal and hygienist Sherla were professional and helpful on my visit. I had not seen a dentist in 15 years and dreaded the experience. Everyone here was comforting and supportive. ---- Update. Original review was in February and I've changed it to 1 star in October. Dr. Dyal recommended a crown for one of my teeth and he did the initial buildup in February. My insurance rejected the claim citing `insufficient evidence of extensive loss of tooth structure`. I received a second opinion based on x-rays taken in January and that dentist couldn't find cause for a crown to have been recommended. He also noted the temporary crown was too small which is why I had been experience chronic pain and sensitivity. Since the build up was done, I now need a permanent crown. I'm stuck in the stressful situation of trying to work with my insurance and two different dentist to handle ~$2500 in dental fees for what may have been painful unnecessary procedure. :( Update December 2020: In the end my insurance refused to pay for the entire procedure as they deemed it unnecessary. I had to pay all the fees out of pocket. :(

Awful service. They have provided treatments on my children that were not covered without talking to me first. They moved us off the schedule because we did not confirm appointments the day before. They left us waiting in the waiting room for over an hour while they called patients back that just walked in the door. Then left my daughter in the chair for 45 minutes waiting. They were very rude and didn't care.

They do nothing for tooth pain! The dr was not competent enough to even pull my tooth. Refered me to a different dr for a simple tooth extraction! I have insurance, and they refused to even clean my teeth w/o a deposit, of 77$. Avoid this place!

Not worth the hassle. They don't have the resources or the compassion to help you. Go somewhere else. Had extremely painful impacted wisdom teeth preventing me eating, sleeping, and talking. Called around and these guys said they would be able to get me in right away on the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I took off work and went in and they saw me for all of 5 min and were laughing and joking ignoring me while I was in pain and needing a doctor. Charged me $100 just for them to say yep you need those wisdom teeth out. They don't have an oral surgeon who's local. Said they would call me back with a quote. Never got that quote but called back the next day asking if there were any updates. Said their surgeon wouldn't be in town to do a surgery for another 2 months so not sure why they mislead me on the phone.. just to get me in the door? Not sure. Luckily for me Familia Dental was extremely compassionate (No special treatment or rushed appointment - they are just great with everyone!) and took my wisdom teeth out that same day. (And, as a bonus perk, for what I would imagine was a fraction of the price that this place would charge based on their need to take several days to come up with a quote.) So not sure what's going on at Lubbock Dental Care but can not reccomend against them strongly enough.

Dr. V and his assistant are amazing! The whole process from making appointments to completion of the desired dental work is outstanding. I will not go anywhere else!!
