I would absolutely recommend Dr Richter to anyone looking for orthodontic care. From the front end people to Dr Richter herself, everyone is extremely nice. They explained everything in terms myself and my son could understand.

I have had nothing but a great experience at Dr. Richter's!!! Everyone is super nice and helpful! I've needed more elastics and boom, they're in the mail!! I've had trouble with a new invisalign attachment and boom! They're are mailing me different elastics that should work better! So kind and caring! Thank you front desk ladies, assistants and Dr.'s for your kindness and for caring

Dr. Richter and her staff are amazing! She worked alongside my general dentist to complete my treatment and make sure my smile was not only beautiful, but functional. So happy with my results. Highly recommend!

Best Orthodontist! The Luba Richter office will make your day. Going to get your braces tightened is known to not be the most looked forward event but the employees here make it! They are always so invested in your day and how you are doing, Amanda will greet you with a smile the moment you walk in the door. They will walk you through the process of every procedure, and make sure you are comfortable. Thank you all!

I never even had the opportunity to see Luba Richter, because I was made to feel guilty for canceling an appointment at the last minute due to a covid exposure. I was told essentially that they understand that times are tough, but that they are trying to run a business. So, would they have rather been potentially exposed to covid? They gave me conditions for rescheduling as if I inconvenienced them by canceling last minute on purpose. I am shocked and astonished by this reaction in the current times. They didn't want my business apparently and I caution you before you give them yours.

After hearing good things about this business, we were very disappointed with our experience. We switched to Dr. Vermette in Concord and have been very happy there.

My very first visit. Super nice and pleasant staff. Everything explained in detail step by step. Luba Richter was very nice and informative and let's you know everything up front including costs for you to make your decision before moving forward. The office was very clean, bright, and cheery. Also, during COVID-19 the precautions taken were very good to protect each patient and social distancing.

Everyone at Luba Richter is very friendly and they make you feel comfortable immediately. The initial x-ray process was quick and they explain every step. All of my interactions with the staff have been very friendly and happy.
