I have been going to this dentist office since I was little. I love it! Everything about my experience is always good. Scheduling is so easy. Rescheduling is so easy. Checking in is easy. I love the hygienists. It doesn't matter who I get, they are always so friendly and do such a great job at taking care of my teeth. I have seen Rogliano since I was little and I love him. He's always got a smile on his face and asks about life. I am so thankful to have such a good dentist!

Like many other people, my anxiety level is off the scales when I know I have dental work that needs done. Since coming to LHR Dentistry, that has changed. Although I still get a little nervous, I know that my experience will have me leaving and wondering why I was ever apprehensive. I have had numerous procedures from fillings, root canals, crowns and bridge work and can honestly say I never had any discomfort! I will and have recommended Dr. Rogliano to family and friends. His assistant Kelly is amazing also. The administrative and hygienist teams have been great as well!

I was just there today from check in to oral procedure to check out very professional and kind. A great big thanks to the staff for seeing me and restoring my teeth to white again.

Had great experiences here with care until one day I arrived for an appointment, that I had just received a text reminder for, only to be informed my appointment was cancelled. When I asked why, I was told due to an outstanding balance. When I asked about the balance, no explanation could be given because the only office staff with this information was on vacation. Normally my insurance pays for my preventive care in its entirety and I had not received any other care. When I asked about the amount of the balance and offered to pay, no figure could be provided or payment accepted until the staff member returned to the office. I specifically asked to speak with the dentist about the situation and he came out and was extremely terse. He specifically said "pay your bills and you won't have this issue." I explained that if this is how I was going to be treated I would take my family's business elsewhere and he welcomed that. My follow up with their accounts receivable staff showed a payment delay from my insurance for one of my children that had arrived before I was able to get in contact with them. Regardless, I would not recommend Dr.Hockenberry or this office due to their poor administrative practices and lack of customer respect.

I just want to say thank you, you made these very bad days feel a little better. I live in Florida and I am in PA to be by my sister's side while she passes from cancer. During this time my husband, daughter and grandson are going through hurricane Ian and we have lost everything from what they tell me, but they are alive and that is all that matters. I was having an issue with one of my teeth and got in as soon as I called. After they fixed me up they looked at me and stated this is a curtesy visit and no charge. It may not seem like a lot to some people but to me that made my day. Thank you so much, you were all wonderful.

The efficiency and friendliness of this practice makes you forget you are going to a Doctors office. Plus, if you listen to their advise and properly take care of your teeth, you won't get nervous about "going to the Dentist".

Don't do it! Hockenberry suggested I needed Invisalign and that he would be able to straighten my teeth. However he did not account for a number of variables as a seasoned orthodontist would. I left (after being a patient of the practice for 20 plus years) because my teeth were not progressing, my trays were not ordered in a timely fashion leaving me in the same trays for 6 weeks (!!!) and Hocknberry's "alignments" resulted in a large gap between my front teeth as well as my back teeth no longer touching the top to the bottom. Luckily Hilton and Diminick were able to fix this after Hockenberry was required to retract the insurance claim and refund my money. Hockenberry was not held accountable for his mistakes. Save your time and money and frustrations and go elsewhere.

I have had multiple procedures done here. They are fantastic. Never any pain, scheduling and follow-up are a breeze. Always get you in and respond quickly in an emergency. Never any question about necessity of procedures or value. Highly recommend.

I sincerely appreciate the excellent care I have received over the years. Not only that but it's like going to visit friends because of the cordial and personable way I am greeted and the relationship has been very consistent over the years. Many thanks to the doctors and staff .

Dr. Lupinetti is an incredible dentist and person. I have been his patient for many years and I'm truly grateful to Dr. Lupinetti, Terry and Sarah for their expertise, kindness and compassionate care. Always have a great experience here. I left a message on Christmas day about a broken tooth. I was sitting in the chair the next day. Office staff was still on break but Dr. L came in and made it happen. So thankful! LRH is professional, respectful and kind. Should I floss more? Yes. Do they ever make me feel like a terrible person because I don't floss enough? No. They know how to suggest oral hygiene improvements without being condescending.

Switched to Dr. Rogliano after a not-so-great experience at another dentist that I went to for years. This is the best practice I've ever been to. Friendly, informative, supportive people... teeth cleanings are thorough, scheduling practices are top notch. I'm so glad I finally made the switch.

I have been in the Medical field for 30+ years and the LHR Dentistry group are the most Professional and Patient friendly dental group in the Harrisburg area and surrounding areas.In my 25+ years of being treated by LHR they are always up to date with so many dental advances.

I was dissatisfied with an implant I had gotten. My old dentist did not seem or want to understand the problem. A co-worker recommended Dr. Lupinetti. He listened and took care of it. I am going to get my next implant done by him.
