This practice is a fee for service practice. As a courtesy to all of our patients, we will file dental claims and requests for predetermination of benefits as necessary. As we understand that insurance issues can be confusing, we will do what we can to assist you in receiving the reimbursement for the treatment you received in our office.

You will be responsible for payment of services as they are rendered. Our office has information on CareCredit, a financing company that assists patients in financing their complex treatments. Let us know if you would like information on this plan.

I have been a patient of Dr. Loza's for nearly ten years. Even though we've moved to another town, I still come to Great Falls for his outstanding dental care. Dr. Loza and his staff truly care about the whole patient, not just about their teeth, and definitely not just about making money. In fact, I had a problem tooth that needed an unusual degree of time and attention (for a variety of reasons). I don't think another dentist would have had the patience to work on this tooth to the level needed to make it right. And, as hard as this might be to believe, Dr. Loza never charged me more than the cost of the initial appointment, in spite of the fact that I required numerous additional visits. He is truly a master craftsman when it comes to teeth. I would also like to add that Dr. Loza's staff reflects his standard of care. From Victoria who knows, not just my name, but the names of all of my family members and asks about them when I visit, to Linda who has become my all-time favorite dental assistant, to Terra who was kind enough to help support one of my charity fundraisers, and finally the dental hygienist who always remembers special details about my daughter, the staff feels like family, I highly recommend this dental practice.

I inherited Dr. Juan Loza after Dr. Lozaro retired and sold the business. I found him a bit too exuberant, but my main connection is with my hygienist twice a year. And for years, I had a wonderful gal named Becky. When she moved away, I was assigned a new woman. Bottom line, she didn't do nearly as good a job as Becky, and all of a sudden, my gums, which 6 months earlier had been declared remarkable, were now about to qualify for root canal! I walked away dissatisfied but decided to wait to cast judgment until my husband went. He echoed my review. When the practice sent me a request for feedback, I detailed my concerns. About two months later, my husband and I received checks for our visits and a letter from Loza declaring us not welcome at his practice. As my husband stated it, we were fired by our dentist!!!
