Dr. Lowry has been practicing in the Tampa Bay area for over 6 years and is excited to be back in her hometown. Dr. Lowry graduated locally from Northside Christian Highschool. Dr. Lowry is a graduate of the University of Florida for her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees. Following graduation, Dr. Lowry attended the UF Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. She worked along side various specialists and gained valuable experience in advanced dentistry aspects such as occlusion, TMJ disorders, dental implants, prosthodontics, and endodontic procedures. Through her attendance at multiple continuing education courses, Dr. Lowry attained a Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
In an interest to her passion for comprehensive dentistry, Dr. Lowry has completed the Dawson Academy Seminars on smile design, esthetics, and treatment planning. She is also certified to provide Invisalign treatment. She is a member and leader in of the Junior League of St. Petersburg, the Florida Dental Association, and the Pinellas County Dental Association.
Dr. Obrochta is a specialist in the art and science of Cosmetic Dentistry. He currently belongs to the American Dental Association, the West Coast Dental Association, the Pinellas County Dental Association, and is a founding member in the prestigious American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is an active member in numerous study clubs featuring state of the art techniques and materials in delivering advanced cosmetic care.
He is a native of Chicago, with honors status at both Loyola University and the University Of Illinois College Of Dentistry, where he received his Dental degree. He married his high school sweetheart Rita, and moved to Florida and has been serving the Tampa Bay community since 1981.
He spends his free time chasing waves on his jet ski and has two sons Quinton and Connor. A lover of fine wine, cuisine, art and humor, he remains passionate about the study of preserving health, beauty and happiness.

My wife and I started seeing Dr Lowry recently and we are both so glad we chose her. I am over 50 yrs old and have seen many dentists in my time. Dr Lowry and her staff are the most caring, positive group of people that we have met in a dentist office. Very professional, attention to details and again very courteous and kind throughout the whole process. A real gem in the industry. Highly recommended!

I had scheduled appointments in late September for my husband and I, he had a dental emergency so I called this office to see if there was anyway they could see him early even though they had never seen him before. He was seen as soon as they opened the following morning. We choose this dentist (over many I contacted) because of the caring tones during scheduling. We were not disappointed, from the moment we entered the temporary office we were greeted with smiles, Tammy is a fabulous Hygenist and ensures her patients comfort is priority. Dr Lowry is extremely personable and truly wants to get to know her patients on a personal level. We left with a comprehensive treatment plan. There was absolutely no attempt to perform cosmetic, for profit dentistry. The patients are the priority. This office is the epitome of family dentistry.

7-20-22 had a dental appointment with Dr Lowry. Bottom line up front "Note Worthy" absolutely the best comprehensive exam I have ever had! The entire staff is extremely professional, warm, friendly and had everything ready ie. Paperwork and provided me the time to go over it. They answered all questions and ensured I was comfortable. Facilities: waiting area and exam room was spot less. Clean and sterile! The Hygienist Tammy was thorough ensured I was relaxed and comfortable. By far the best dental hygienist! Dr Lowry: absolutely the best! As the patient I felt like I was the priority. Professional, caring, friendly. I recommend Dr Lowry with enthusiasm to all who want the absolutely best dental care and overall experience!

All of the staff here & Dr. Lowry are wonderful! The office has a very warm, welcoming atmosphere and I felt comfortable from the moment I got there. The receptionist went above and beyond to help me run my insurance. Everyone made sure I was well-informed and answered any questions I had. Puppy cuddles from Tucker were also a huge plus

Dr. Lowry and her staff are incredible! I recently moved to the St Pete area and was looking for a new dentist-- so glad I found them! I've always been diligent about going in for cleanings 2 times a year, but I hadn't found a dentist I liked. I knew I had at least one cavity due to sensitivity and was a bit nervous, but Dr. Lowry was wonderfully welcoming and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. It was so easy! In and out in under and hour. You can tell Dr. Lowry and her staff care about their patients and know what they are doing. Your teeth are so important to keep up with, and I highly recommend Dr. Lowry's team for your dental care

Dr. Lowery is amazing. She is conservative in her treatments, focusing on prevention. But when work does need to be done, she is extremely focused on the details, making sure every facet of the bite is just perfect. She clearly cares about the well-being of her patients. Her staff is also super helpful, and pleasant when it comes to billing and insurance or scheduling, or anything in between. I highly recommend this practice!

Starting with the staff they are extremely helpful and friendly to Dr. Lowry herself who is the best dentist I have had. She makes you feel so relaxed and that's not easy for me in a dental chair! Would recommend Dr. Lowry to anybody looking for a dentist.
