I was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. While growing up I was sure that I would become a businessman, and that is the path I pursued as I started my undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University. I soon discovered, however, that I had a greater interest in helping people with their healthcare needs. This is what led me to pursue a dental career.
I graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2009. After that I worked as a staff dentist at Scenic Bluffs Community Health Center in Cashton, WI for 4 1/2 years. It was a great experience, but serving patients in my own dental practice has always been my vision. Lowman Family Dental was born in June 2013 and we look forward to serving you.
My wife and I live in Holmen with our four children. When Im not practicing dentistry I love to be with these people. If time allows, I also enjoy golfing, eating sushi and watching a good sports game.
Angela and her husband Bill have a 5 year old named Zander and reside in Holmen. They enjoy boating & camping during the Summer months. During the Fall/Winter months they watch a lot of football in a home playfully divided between Bengals & Packer fans.

Everyone was super courteous and knowledgeable. I felt very good after I left my appointment. I needed a deep clean since I hadn't been to the dentist in a while. Angela was able to fit me in one day apart because in needed to be broken into 2 sessions and rearranged her schedule. She was very awesome. We put a plan in place to get me back on track. I am very grateful for this experience thank you!

Very grateful for the staff and dr at lowmen. Went it for what I thought was an bad infected tooth. They sent me to the oral surgeon who found out I had cancer. My whole family goes here and absolutely loves it

Lowman dental has changed my life! I have never had good oral hygiene and hated the dentist. While pregnant with 2 babies I threw up daily and due to those two things my teeth where so bad. I thought I would be getting them all pulled out and dentures at the age of 36 but Dr. Lowman had a different idea. I got the Bioclear veneers and I can not believe how amazing they look. I for the 1st time in my life feel good about my smile and love to show them off! Not only did I have an amazing experience my daughters have been going to Lowman for years and LOVE going to the dentist. And when I say LOVE I mean it. My daughter wanted to get her cleaning done on her birthday and they made it a special appointment. Everyone is so friendly and really make it the best dentist I have ever been too. Thank you all do much!

They really get it! Lowman Dental understands and practices not only first-rate professional dentistry, but they do so in a way that is truly customer-focused. Dr. Lowman and ALL his employees have treated me professionally, yet with warmth and friendliness every time I have gone there. It is refreshing to experience customer service the way it should be done. It is all too rare these days, but as I said, they really get it!

Super awesome staff! I had to have a crown and dreaded it but Dr. Lowman and Laura had it Basically pain free and wonderful treatment. Even had a laugh or two. Who does that at the dentist? I would highly recommend to anyone! Front desk staff- Jenna- top notch,. Dental hygienist Steph - the best!

I switched to Dr. Lowman about a year ago. Where do I even start with how amazing he is? I had to have a pretty complex procedure done over the last year- extractions, bone grafts, and implants. Dr Lowman made a partial for my front teeth. My fake teeth look so real, everyone thinks they are my new permanent teeth. Next I will get my bridge created and put on by Dr. Lowman. I have all the faith in him that it will look perfect. He's such a perfectionist. Who wouldn't want that in their dentist?! Also, I have had to call him a few times after hours about my son's tooth. Even though he was busy, he still took the time to talk to me and reassure me everything would be fine. Lastly, I can't forget the staff! Wow! I don't think I have ever met a better group of people. They go above and beyond to make sure I feel welcomed. One of them just called me today to check how I was feeling after getting a filling! Who else does that?! You can tell their boss treats them really well.

Lowman Family Dental had been great. Seems like I have spent an extra ordinary amount of time at the dentist the past couple of years, but Lowman Family Dental has been great. Very helpful with situations that arise on short notice and for patients like me with a busy schedule. I'm probably not the easiest patient with my hectic schedule, but they have been very helpful. Very pleased with the work I've had done, and the staff here is top notch!

My husband is a patient of Dr. Lowman, I was going to switch to Dr. Lowman in December when I was due for a cleaning. We were out of town last weekend when my front tooth cap broke. My husband called from Milwaukee and they told me to come in when we got to town. When I arrived everyone was so nice. He took an X-ray and examined my tooth. He had me come in the next day and was able to fix my tooth without having to replace my cap. Everyone there was absolutely wonderful and my tooth looks amazing. I look at my front tooth and can't get over how wonderful it looks. For him not ever meeting me before he took his time and got me in immediately and stayed late after hours to fix it. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dentist and a great staff. Thank you Dr. Lowman for getting me in right away and staying late to get my smile back.

Dr.Lowman is wonderful! I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist and he has worked with me and I no longer have a fear of going to the dentist. My children love going to him also and are always asking if it's time for them to go in for a cleaning again. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They help you with all insurance and billing without giving you a hard time. The office is always clean and welcoming. Our family is so glad to have found Lowman Family Dental and we recommend them to everyone.
