Dr. Ansari and her team were truly AMAZING! I was recommended the dentistry by a friend who raved about the amazing bedside manner and patient centered care the staff had, and I can attest to the greatness that each of the employees brought! From the women at the receptionist's counter to the dental hygienist to Dr. Ansari herself. I had to get multiple cavities filled in each section of my mouth and I had a lot of anxiety when it came to pain in the dentist chair, but the staff was so kind and continually asked me if I was doing okay or if I was in any pain. I felt so seen and heard. I also had a root canal performed on my front tooth that was covered by a 7 year old dental crown that didn't match the shade of my other teeth and was sliding out from years of wear. Dr. Ansari fixed my smile she replaced my crown and got the PERFECT shade match!! I am so grateful for her attention to detail and hard-work in ensuring I left feeling happy and confident. I would recommend ANYBODY to go to this dentistry because you will not be dissatisfied. They are amazing and really treat you like family, which is always a big win in my book :)

Honestly, I have never really had a bad experience at a dentist before I went here. I'm new to the area and am looking for a dentist so I went in for a check up and teeth cleaning. My visit here reminded me of taking my car to get the oil changed and being given a laundry list of repairs. They were definitely more concerned with finding ways for me to have additional procedures done than anything else. I will seek a 2nd opinion as I simply do not trust the recommendations I received here and will not go back. Side note: don't go if you're in a hurry. My appointment for a teeth cleaning took 1 hour and 40 minutes, which is much longer than I've ever spent at a dentist's office. Again, the focus was on "upselling" me more than anything else.

I had a couple of cavities filled today and everything went very well. A lot of communication during the procedure which is always nice when your teeth are being drilled on. I need to go back for an adjustment but otherwise a pleasant experience.

Negative 5 stars if that was an option. +1 for the wonderful tech that took my x-rays. She was very nice. I had not been to the dentist in a very long time, and found a Groupon for cleaning and whitening (this was over a year ago) for $80. Great deal. Upon entering the office there were reviews on the wall of how great the staff was, so although nervous, I felt I had made a good choice. I had my X-rays taken and so far the staff had made me feel comfortable. The second the dentist came in she was rude and invasive. She poked at the erosion of my enamel until it hurt and said I needed an expensive deep cleaning that would require them to numb all of my mouth at once (and be expensive). She made me feel awful when I was already feeling incredibly embarrassed for my situation. An electric toothbrush took care of my erosion problem, and after another year of dentist anxiety my new dentist did a normal cleaning (like I signed up for here and didn't get) that removed a lot of build up, and I only needed some deep cleaning. I still needed a lot more work, but I'm glad I didn't give any more of my money to this nasty dentist. My whitening kit I paid for I left and I have zero interest in ever stepping foot into that office again. Don't be fooled by the good reviews posted all over the office. There are better dentists in the area that aren't nasty.

Unfortunately I have to give a 1 Star. Too much up sell, noisy office, small cubicles, small waiting area. Friendly staff and that's about it. Will not return or recommend for budget conscience patients. If you want basic service its best to look for other dentists

I had a thorough comprehensive new patient appointment with hygienist Ms. Ozra and Dr. Ansari today. Ms. Ozra is simply amazing and the best hygienist one can ask for. She is meticulous in her work and goes above and beyond in explaining one's oral health condition. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful care from from Dr. Ansari and staff throughout multiple (intensive) dental procedures. As a patient of this practice for many years I have always been treated superbly and with empathy/understanding of my dental fears and concerns. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

This is just happened today 6/14/2022. I had an appointment with them and it's my first time. They asked me to send x-rays from previous dentist and I contacted them yesterday. For some reason, they did not send them timely, and Dentist declined the service when I was there this morning. All I need just simple cleaning... They can do better than this... they can do the cleaning and discuss later when they receive my x-rays. I was really disappointed how they handle the situation.

Mark did a fantastic job on my Zoom! treatment!! The procedure was handled professionally and efficiently. There was little to no tooth sensitivity and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The results are flawless! The moment I looked myself in the mirror, calling this a WOW! factor is an understatement. I was scared my teeth wouldn't look natural, but they are perfect. Thank you!

Dr. Ansari and the whole office team are exceptional! My current dentist who I have been seeing for 16 years no longer took my insurance and I was in immediate need of seeing a dentist for what I was told was a root canal by my prior dentist. I live in Cascades so chose Lowes Island Dentistry to start calling to find a new practice. I made no further calls! Nicole at the front was super friendly and knowledgeable and got me in for a consult the next morning. Easy. I got there, they took x-rays and Dr. Ansari assessed that she likely can save me from a root canal but wasn't sure. Well, she was able to fix the issue without a root canal saving me a significant amount of money! Easy. She runs a tight operation, prior military and all. You can tell she expects the best from her staff and they respect her. Great experience all around and I have found my new dentist!

Ozra is one of the best Hygientist around! She's very gentle always checking and made sure I was ok during cleaning. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything as she's cleaning. Dr Ansari is also amazing!

Amazingly comprehensive new patient appointment with hygienist Ozra and Dr. Ansari today. Ozra is very gentle, patient, and friendly! She is actually the first hygienist who has showed me chairside exact areas I needed to pay more attention to with my oral hygiene using a mirror. She goes back to touch up areas until my teeth felt perfectly clean. In addition to the exam and cleaning, I had an oral cancer screening, xrays, photos taken of my bite and teeth, and then my options were explained to me clearly using the photos-- this was very eye opening since I tend to have many questions. I have been cared for by many dentists in the past, but no one had explained to this level of detail so I did not fully understand in the past. 5 star experience! Highly recommend!!
