Dr Diamantis and his staff are professional, kind and truly amazing. From the time I entered the office and was greeted by the front office staff, my anxiety level dropped. Jen assisted Dr Diamantis, she was thorough, explained every little detail and I was so lucky to have her explain everything as it was being done and 'hold my hand'..Dr Diamantis was so very kind and gentle...and we shared a few laughs. It was like visiting with friends. Cannot thank them enough. I also think Josh was in the room as well...he quietly assisted and gave me a big wave as I was leaving...

I am in the process of having bone grafts done so I can get implants and Dr Kalish has been amazing. He always calls to check on me after surgery - even if it's on the weekend or evening. Outstanding beside manner. I wouldn't trust my mouth to anyone else. Highly recommend.

Dr. Trowbridge and his staff of lovely nurses have the best " bedside manner" I've experienced in many years. I'm used to Boston doctors. The practice I experienced in Lowell, matches, perhaps exceeds, those doctors. Their expertise during and after the surgery was excellent.

My daughter April was seen as an emergency by Dr.Diamantis for an extraction. He is always so kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Diamantis, and his staff is also helpful and friendly, Dr D. is the absolute best !!!!!!

I haven't gone to this place yet but the receptionist are very RUDE and don't have great customer services at all. I personally spoke to two different receptionist, very unprofessional!! .I'm sure the oral surgeons are great from the reviews but poor customer service from your two receptionist!!!

Joey helped prepare me for my wisdom teeth surgery. He was very warm and welcoming. The surgeon went above and beyond to squeeze me into his very busy schedule. Thank you all, Lowell ortho is great.

If I could've given this place zero stars I would have and I haven't even had the procedure done yet. The woman who booked the appointment is the rudest person I've ever spoken to. She's telling me it will take a month to even get a date for my appointment they never explain that to me they made me wait three weeks for a consultation visit. Made it sound like they were going to be calling me with a date now they're telling me it could take up to a month to get the date. It's too bad the dentist actually seemed like a really great guy but the people that booked appointments are rude nasty woman I believe her name is Becky. If you're thinking about going to this place stay the hell away from it trust me

We were referred from our general dentist and I was hesitant at first but Lowell Oral Surgery Associates made me feel very comfortable from the start. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. I would choose them every time I need oral surgery, which is hopefully never again.

Let's face it there used to be 2 things we could do with out: #deathandtaxes And for some a dental visit could be a 3rd addition to that list However that old idea is swept away. After visiting this office w/ much trepidation. Once I walked through the door. I felt a zen type vibe/energy. Soft lighting, comfortable waiting area, as well as being greeted by the receptionist upon arrival, made my experience calming. I can't pinpoint it exactly...maybe it was the ambience, maybe it was the way they spoke and explained procedures, or better yet maybe it was the tone and professional knowledgeable nature of the dentists. Whatever it was, my visit was worth it. And my teeth thank you as well. I hope we don't see each other soon #nooffense lol But if I do need to head to the dentist. I highly recommend this practice. #gohere #hitlike

Writing this review as a dental office manager in the area, we often refer our patients to Lowell, Chelmsford and Nashua Oral Surgery Associates. Our patients are always taken care of when we refer them to any of the 3 offices! It's good to know when we refer over there, we feel assured that there will only be exceptional care provided!
