Originally there was a mishap in the Lowell Office which made me not want to schedule my appointment with them but after the manger contacted me to make it right. I can only say this Chelmsford office is the absolute best! Everyone was nice and made me feel so comfortable and you can tell they put their patients first! Can't forget Dr Throwbridge I definitely will only trust him going forward can't express how happy I am with this place

So I get referred to this office by my dentist late last year. I called and they looked at my insurance and THEY suggested I should wait until the beginning of the year because my dental insurance will renew and more of the extractions would be covered. This is fine and I appreciate the advice. My next appointment comes and they call me to confirm and I just tested positive for Covid and obviously we have to reschedule. So my appointment happens to be a day where I needed to see another specialist about something else, so now I need to change this appointment. I call and explain and they now they want a deposit due to all the appointment changes. One was their suggestion, the second was because of Covid 19 and the only one I requested and now they want a deposit. I called the referring dentist and ask for a new oral surgeon referral. Its amazing when companies hire people that don't do their research on why these appointments may have been changed but I also know how hard it is to find good help if any at all these days.

I had a negative experience over the phone at one of your locations 26 North road Chelmsford MA 01824 I was given the chance to speak with Becky over the phone. During that time I was on the phone with Becky I had asked if the location accepted BMC (Boston Medical Center) provided by Mass health. I was given the run around she had a lack of knowledge and put me on a brief hold suddenly they hung up on me. Which is very unprofessional. I had to call back for the second time, but this time it wasn't the same person who picked up. The person's name is Olivia, and I was put immediately on hold. After being on hold for another 30 minutes I had to come to my senses I don't deserve this type of treatment. Olivia got back to me after a long hold and gave me a date for a consultation on May 7 she had mentioned. After receiving the date I gave her the referral name and was told that Siddhi Mehta wasn't accepting any of her patients. however my insurance wouldn't cover it they were insisting. I'm confident that you will agree with me that the current situation is not acceptable. I kindly ask you to address this problem by taking necessary actions for the sake of all your patients. I didn't forgot how rude and disrespectful they were behaving its despicable.

I'm a pretty anxious person when it comes to medical procedures, and wasn't exactly excited to have my wisdom teeth out, especially at 30-something. The clinical team took my anxiety really seriously and the actual procedure and recovery went way better than I could have anticipated. A lot of medical providers haven't taken my anxiety seriously in the past, so it's a definite strength of this practice and worth noting. Easy scheduling, really pleasant staff. Dr. Kalish is a kind and attentive surgeon, very responsive to concerns. Almost makes you able to forget you've having or have had a medical procedure. :)

Dr Diamantis did a great job for me. He took care of me immediately we're an infection had begun to set in.He also did a great job and gave me valuable advice.

My 2nd experience with this dental office was disappointing. They weren't clear from the beginning regarding the total cost for an extraction. They got me in for an evaluation and x-rays just to get extra money. They already had my x-rays for the specific tooth from prior visit. Also their financial person was trying to have me pay out of pocket instead of going through the insurance.

I brought my son here and he was very scared but you guys made it so easy and relaxing. Thanks you for the great experience in what could have been a bad time. The employees there were very attentive and kind.

I have been a registered dental hygienist for 31 years, but this is the first time I have ever been to Chelmsford Oral Surgery. My daughter needs to have her wisdom teeth extracted, and Dr. Stone came highly recommended! Dr. Stone and his assistant took the time to review my daughter's medical history. Dr. Stone gave her a very thorough exam, took the time to explain the procedure to her, and made sure that all of our questions were answered. Her extractions aren't scheduled until her winter break (from UMass Lowell), but she is feeling comfortable about her appointment already. The office is clean, state-of-the-art, and absolutely beautiful. Although it's quite large, it's comfortable and inviting. We felt right at home! As an added bonus, the front desk staff are amazing! Nervous about calling a new office, I was immediately put at ease by the woman who took my call and scheduled my daughter's consult. When we walked in this afternoon, the women at the desk were friendly and welcoming. A wonderful experience from start to finish!

This place is awesome! They were able to get me in for a new patient appointment within just a few weeks. I had to wait a little while in the waiting room, but as soon as I was taken back I was given complete attention for my entire 1.5 hour appointment. The nurse and doctor both spent a long time listening to my history and asking questions to get a full understanding of my problem. The doctor did a thorough exam and gave me multiple treatment options and suggestions for pain relief. I will definitely continue with this office and this doctor for the entirety of my jaw treatment.

Horrible Customer Service. When the receptionist answered the phone, she was very rude. While i was talking to her, she spoke to someone in the background and said, "I'm on the phone." She was very unpleasant and did not help me in any way.

THIS WAS THE BEST TOOTH EXTRACTION EVER!!!! ok...not things that are said often but 100% true. I had been told by another group that a root canal was need at the tune of 4k. I looked at other options and second opinions and was referred to Lowell, Nashua & Chelmsford Oral Surgery by a family friend. From the beginning it was a smooth process. They answered all my questions about the difference between getting a root canal and getting an extraction over the phone. They suggested I have my dentist send over the X-rays and I schedule a consultation. I did and in about a week I had the consultation. They had already reviewed my scans and had a recommendation for me. Again they answered all my questions about the procedure and I had a TON. Never felt rushed or that I was being to nosy about the process. The procedure was scheduled for the week after (it could have been next day but I wasn't able to do that). Even though it was different office than my consultation (consult in Chelmsford, procedure in Lowell) there was literally no difference in the customer service. IT WAS AWESOME! The Dr. from the consult even came to the other office to do the procedure. The family friends referral who works there even made it a point to be there to welcome me! As far as the extraction goes....fast and painless. The Dr. and his MA's explained what was going to happen and that is exactly what happened. I was in and out in just over an hour and I'm back at work now writing this. While I am not looking forward to getting an implant, I am looking forward to having it done by these folks. I know no one WANTS to get a tooth taken out, but if you have to do it, come to these people and you won't regret it. I will be posting again after the implant.
