Dr. Cullum graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry with a Certificate in Prosthodontics in June of 1995. During this same three years he trained at Indiana University Medical Centers Hospitals earning a Certificate in Maxillofacial Prosthetics.
Additional acknowledgements include a Certificate of Advanced Topics from International Team for Oral Implantology and Certificates of Participation in Surgical and Restorative Aspects with many dental implant systems, all of which are leaders in implant studies.
In addition to being awarded many accreditations, Dr. Cullum has participation in several organizations including Colorado Springs Dental Society Board of Directors and the Colorado Dental Association.
