Dr. David W. Lowe received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, with high honors, from Northwestern University in 1994. He completed his orthodontic training and masters thesis in 1996, also at Northwestern University.
To stay up-to-date on all the latest advancements in orthodontics, Dr. Lowe maintains active memberships with the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, American Society of Forensic Odontology, Florida Association of Orthodontists, Florida Dental Association, Daytona Beach Study Club, Volusia Dental Academy and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.
He lectures for the Daytona State College Dental Assisting Program, for local dentists and dental hygienists for orthodontic education and for various law enforcement and forensic organizations on forensic dentistry.
Dr. David Lowe was born and raised in the Daytona Beach area and is the son of W.J. Lowe, who established the practice in 1958. Dr. Lowe is married to a general dentist in Daytona Beach, Dr. Jean Chang-Lowe. They have two wonderful twins, Max and Marley. In his spare time, you can find Dr. Lowe performing at community theatres or bicycling around Central Florida!

Dr. Lowe and staff are friendly and efficient. My daughter and I have both been patients and we are so happy with the results from our orthodontic treatment. I would give the entire staff more stars if I could! Would recommend to anyone needing orthodontic care as a child or adult.

A few years ago I was referred to Dr. Lowe by a friend. To this day I thank that friend at least once a year. I currently live 87 miles away from Lowe Orthodontics but I still make the drive because when it comes to your teeth (or any field of health care) it's extremely important to find someone who does not treat you like a number. Lowe listens and takes my naive questions seriously and explains everything the way you always want your doctor/dentist/mechanic to. I won't trust my teeth to anyone else.

Dr Lowe and all the staff at Lowe orthodontics are amazing, supportive, timely, thorough, cheerful, develop great relationships with their patients and the family, AND are top notch at their practice. I would advise Anyone looking for orthodontic services to go there for the best possible care in this area. They are amazing!

I encountered many dentists in my life, and I learned through good and bad experience to choose very carefully your dentist. Before deciding what orthodontist I will have for my 12 year-old daughter, I've looked up five places. When I saw Dr. Lowe for the first time and his approach to the issue that my daughter had, I knew right away that this is the orthodontist I'm gonna stay with. I've never felt so easy and confident with any dentist in my life as I've felt with Dr. Lowe, and I have a very rich extensive experience of being treated by dentistry. Dr. Lowe saved my daughter unnecessary oral surgeries, which have been suggested by other orthodontists. I think that professional integrity with which he treats his patients is unprecedented. He gets straight to the point and sets up the best possible orthodontic treatment plan you can imagine. He is extremely skillful orthodontist and his professional judgment is unquestionable. He corrected my daughter's teeth problems using most gentle and least invasive means. His working team is just wonderful. I would recommend him to anybody full heartedly, he's a true gem. Hands down the BEST Orthodontist, EVER! I have had all 3 of my boys goes through Dr. Lowe for their braces and we could not be happier! He and his entire staff are professional, thorough, and a joy to be around. I wouldn't consider anywhere else for my family's smiles.

Dr. Lowe is the best orthodontist in the area by far. He and his staff are friendly and upbeat. Not only will you get a beautiful smile but you won't mind the process either. He has a great sense of humor and puts everyone at ease. He did both my kids braces and a retainer for me and all our teeth look fantastic. Highly recommend!!

I would give 6 stars if i could! Dr. Lowe is the best! He has treated my entire family and I cannot say enough good things about our experiences. We all have great smiles and have always enjoyed the fun atmosphere that he and his staff provide. My daughter will definitely be coming here when she is ready for braces.
