Best dental experience for me; starting with Jamie at the front desk to Kim, my hygienist, and then Dr. Brown, they all made me feel 100% comfortable and welcoming! Highly recommend for anyone looking for new dentist in the area, I will be back!

Great Dentist . I had a crown come loose and Dr. Johnston got me in quickly and took care of my issue. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I highly recommend Low country Family Dentistry.

Can't say enough good stuff about Dr Brown and team. Had some pain just before a European trip ... they took me immediately and made me feel comfortable about leaving the country

The office has a very nice atmosphere! Everyone is so nice! There is even a massage chair in the lobby to help you relax. My hygienist was kind, helpful, and thorough, and Dr. Brown is simply the best. Highly recommend!

Dr. Brown and his staff are AWESOME!!!!They are very professional and Jamie the receptionist is THE BESTwhen it comes to patient services. I am happy to say that the bedside manner is a PLUS in my book . I work with the public and I know it's not easy especially if you cannot please every one but I am well pleased with Dr .Brown and to add to this you know what you're paying when you get there rather than being hit with a SURPRISE! I did forget two more staff members....Alex AWESOME with cleaning my teeth and to James the intern YOU WERE GREAT in comforting me when I had to get that needle in my mouth . Thank you all GREAT STAFF AT LOW COUNTRY FAMILY DENTISTRY !!!!!

I've been a customer starting in 2016. And with Dr. Brown since he joined the practice. The staff has always been competent, professional and efficient. My hygienist takes the time and care to perform a through exam and cleaning. When I've needed dental work, Dr. Brown has explained what needs to be done and why. I'm glad someone recommended them to me 6 years ago.

If there were more stars as a basis of rating, I'd give it to them!! They were kind, yet still personable and funny. I was in and out in less than an hour. Very much coming back here again!

Love this dental practice and the staff. Love that DDS will try to save your teeth and not just want to make money off your misfortune of having something happening to your teeth. I will not go to another dentist especially not a chain

Wonderful first experience. Beautiful, clean, calm environment. Welcoming staff. Dental assistant very friendly with my rambunctious curious four year old. Very thorough and professional. Dentist friendly as well. Would recommend and will return.

Staff and Dr. Brown are extremely friendly, and proffessional. They clearly explan what is needed, and how it's done. Plus, Dr. Brown is from here, came back home to help people here. Really important to me!

I am 66 and have been to Dentist offices all my life !! Lowcountry Family Dentistry is hands down the BEST! The staff, the office, the level of professionalism is definitely a 5 Star!!! They are wonderful!!

My first time here and as an emergency visit! Dr. Brown and staff were very welcoming, caring, professional and warm. I could not have asked for more. I plan on staying with this office.

Coming from someone who needs extensive work done and extremely anxious about getting it done right, I was put at ease just by walking into such a calm, relaxing and extremely clean Dentist office. Everyone is enforcing Covid-19 protocol with masks and checking temps at the door. The whole staff was courteous and professional. My hygienist was very patient with me and gentle with my cleaning. I instantly felt comfortable with Dr. Brown and trust the plan he came up with. No high pressure selling but lots of options and the staff works diligently together to not waste any of your time getting you in and out satisfied. They even told me exactly what my insurance did and didn't cover and are helping me make the most of my benefits. All in all a pleasant surprise. Thanks

This dentist office is wonderful. The staff is excellent! I moved from Florida and was dreading looking for another dentist. I'm so lucky to have found them. Alex is awesome at her job. Even though everyone had mask on, I could feel their smiles. I got great vibes. Thank you for excellent service!!!

I've never loved going to the Dentist, but I do here! They staff is outstanding, they make you feel welcomed and appreciated, they do an excellent job, and there is no high pressure upsell. They truly care and I would highly recommend them!!

From beginning to end, wonderful! Reception area neat and clean!! Office is following COVID policies and procedures! Erica (sp?) took my temp and started my appointment. X-rays, cleaning, brushing, flossing, and optional fluoride treatment. Dr Brown came in and checked if everything was good to go and off I went!! If you are looking for a new dentist definitely give them a shot. I'm new to the area and was introduced to this practice via Facebook. I'm very glad I took the chance!
