I've decided to try to reach out this way once more before I take this further with my lawyer. I had an appointment back in March for a root canal. As I've stated then, and after. I was told that everything was included in the price I paid, meaning root canal and crown. I called I don't even know HOW many times prior to my appointment to confirm price and what was included, because I was paying in full, out of pocket. I get there, and get the work done. No crown. Dr. Erich Heitman told me that someone else can do the crown and it wouldn't be much "only" $200-$300 but if I couldn't find anyone to do the crown, to give him a call back and he will do it. I called all over and no one did a crown for that price, it was another price of $1,500 or more BECAUSE they didn't do the root canal and it would be a whole other "check up" x-rays, plus the work. I tried calling your office back several of times, I've left messages regarding this exact issue and never got a response back. I finally got a phone call back from the "office manager" saying all of this was "news to her" and that she would talk to Dr. Erich Heitman and will call me back. Well, no one ever called me back. I tried calling again, several times. I left another message and did not get ANY response. It's now going on 8 months, and STILL nothing is resolved. Other than the fact that I have a half root canal done and a hole in my tooth and pain. Is it right or fair of me to go seek other offices to look and get the PROPER work done and having to pay more for something your office told me they would do and didn't? Absolutely not. So, if someone can get back to me on FIXING this issue. Either fixing my tooth properly, or refunding my money. I'd greatly appreciate it. If nothing can be done about this, please also let me know so I can move forward with this issue.

He is amazing at his job, he really put me at ease and helped calm me beforehand and talked to me during. You can't go wrong going here. The office staff was amazing as well. Thank you all so very much for the kindness and helpfulness.
