Dr. Thomas Lovinggood received his Bachelors degree from Vanderbilt University in 1974. He went on to complete his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Missouri. After a one your General Practice Residency, Dr. Lovinggood attended St. Louis University where he earned his Orthodontic Certificate and Masters Degree.
To demonstrate his desire to provide the absolute highest level of patient care, Dr. Lovinggood has voluntarily completed hundreds of additional hours of preparation to become aBoard Certified Orthodontist. Only 1 in 3 orthodontists is certified. Achieving board certification is the last step in a long and intensive educational experience to ultimately provide excellent patient care.
Dr. Thomas Lovinggood prides himself on employing a staff of experienced professionals. His team is specially trained to provide outstanding orthodontic services to his patients in Olathe, KS and Independence, MO.

Absolutely horrible service and after their poor performance and effort they had the UNMITIGATED gall to take us to court. I took our son to another orthodontist and he LITERALLY called me back and asked if I had tried to adjust my son's braces myself. I WOULD NOT Recommend !!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sweetest most friendly staff I've ever encountered in any dentist/ortho setting. Never have any issues or pain with my braces & always quick to get something fixed if its broken. Great place.

Dr. Lovinggood and staff have straightened 4 of our kids' teeth, in Independence and after we moved to Overland Park. They have been friendly and great with the kids, as well as reasonably priced and flexible with our financial needs. We have been thoroughly happy with the process and results.
