Dr. Thomas Lovinggood received his Bachelors degree from Vanderbilt University in 1974. He went on to complete his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Missouri. After a one your General Practice Residency, Dr. Lovinggood attended St. Louis University where he earned his Orthodontic Certificate and Masters Degree.
To demonstrate his desire to provide the absolute highest level of patient care, Dr. Lovinggood has voluntarily completed hundreds of additional hours of preparation to become aBoard Certified Orthodontist. Only 1 in 3 orthodontists is certified. Achieving board certification is the last step in a long and intensive educational experience to ultimately provide excellent patient care.

Reached out to get some info on Invisalign treatment and when they called back and found out that I was in the middle of treatment and needing to switch offices due to my insurance switching up and my current office being out of network it quickly changed to not wanting to help me at all. When they 1st called they were all ready to help me out and get me in for a consult in starting my treatment but when I reminded them that I was in the middle of treatment she quickly rushed me off the phone and said she would need to contact me back later. Few mins later got an email stating that I should just stay with my current provider( which is out of network 1st of the year) and work it out with them. Seems to me they are not there to help you unless they can get the full amount of money out of you for your treatment. If they can not make the big bucks off you they will send you down the road.

Great orthodontist, they replace brackets if you loose them or break them and also do your retainers for you.

Dr Lovinggood and all the staff at Lovinggood orthodontics have been amazing! They have now seen two of my children and the second one has had some special circumstances. Dr Lovinggood and Martha have gone above and beyond to make sure she gets the treatment she needs. Their caring and attentive details have set my momma mind and heart at ease and has made it easy and comfortable for my child. I appreciate them all and will continue to come here with my other kids (if needed) and refer them to others. Thanks so much for all you do and have done.

What I have to say about this place is that they get the job done and they do it right. I haven't had a problem with this place and I say it's a place that I recommend. I was scared coming into this place but now I'm always glad that I come here because now my teeth are finally coming back together.

I started off with Dr. Lovinggood when I was 23 y/o and got my first set of braces, and I refuse to go anywhere else. He is hands down the best! Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, kind, caring and very personable. I am back getting my second set of braces due to ME failing to wear my retainer (KIDS WEAR YOUR RETAINER!!!!) and I'm happy to be back with Dr. Lovinggood and his staff. Believe it not everyone that was here when I was 23 are here today... that says ALOT right there! Anyway they are the best!
