They fixed my teeth! I chipped my tooth and they were able to get me in the next day. The staff were so kind and walked me through what to expect during the process which made me feel so calm. They were upfront about the costs since my insurance covered the exam but not the procedure $74. My teeth look better than they have in 10 years and I was in and out in 2 hours- so quick!

My family has been going to Loving Dentistry for many years and we have ALWAYS had fabulous care, treatment and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr Merchant and his staff. They are honest, experienced and just like their name - loving.

My family has been going to Loving Dentistry for over 24 years. We have always received exceptional care including special handling of family members with anesthetic resistance which can easily lead to dental anxiety. Although no one generally looks forward to even a dental cleaning, the care by Dr. Merchant and staff ensures a comfortable and painless experience with excellent care for whatever procedure is required.

I have been coming here for 20 years. They make you feel like you're coming home when you walk through the door. They are not only welcoming, they are knowledgeable, professional and caring. Dr. Merchant is the BEST!

I have been going to Dr. Merchant's office while it was still under Dr. Loving's care. I have had great experiences throughout my last 8 years of care there. All of the staff are professional and care about their work and patients. I would recommend them to anyone (and have done so on many occasions). Updated 12/13/19 My wife just had a cap that had come loose the evening before yesterday. We sent an email and the first thing next morning, we were squeezed in and it was taken care of right away. It's worth the drive from Kent for the 12 years since we've lived here. Always excellent! Updated 12/11/21 It has been difficult through Covid to have some normalcy anywhere, but we have enjoyed the flexibility and hard work of the staff at Loving Dentistry as they continue to make our dental care normal. They are still the best and always a joy to see as we have our visits and they take care of us.

Update (12/14/2021): This continues to be a fantastic family-oriented medical facility, thank you to the entire crew at Loving Dentistry, you are the best! Update (12/09/2020): I thought it might be nice to provide an update on my original review, to include COVID related information and the awesome experience we had with my Son and his first dental visit. Due to COVID-19, things could not be more complicated for businesses, but this dental facility is taking full precautions for safety. I'm a registered nurse in the emergency department, as such, I am always vigilant when it comes to safety regarding this pandemic and the precautions businesses are taking. I could not be more pleased with how this office is approaching safety. They schedule appointments in a way that keeps the office lobby nearly empty. Hygienists wear well-fitting and appropriate PPE throughout the visit. Patients are placed in private, partitioned exam-rooms that appear clean and tidy. Additionally, the facility has each patient perform a mouthwash procedure at the start of the visit to reduce the likelihood of viral-transfer during the unmasked dental procedures portion of the visit. As for my son, they were able to make the visit enjoyable and less scary for him while maintaining proper CDC guidelines. They were able to give me useful information and guidance that was practical, regarding his dental needs. My only complaint is that the parking lot is quite small, but with spaced appointments I have not had too much trouble recently finding a space. There is also parking nearby that makes it easy to simply walk to the office of parking is tight. Overall, I'm still so very happy I found this family dental clinic! Thank you! Update: It's been three years since this original review and I still LOVE this dental clinic! Now that I have started my own family, I am excited to allow Loving Dental to care for my son and his four tiny teeth. Thank you all for being so wonderful! Original post: "Attention to detail" is probably what best describes the Loving Dentistry office. From a blanket when you arrive to a warm facial towel after a procedure to help you clean up; this office focuses on the finer details of dental care. All of which help reduce anxiety and increase comfort. I have not yet had a dental procedure done beyond a routine cleaning/check-up, but this office's attention to detail so far leaves me feeling confident in their ability to do a fine job with any necessary dental work. I highly recommend them!

I have been going to Loving Dentistry for close to 20 years. Dr. Merchant and his staff are very friendly and CARING! During this Covid era they have installed many safeguards and I am confident they are doing whatever can be done to keep both patients and staff as safe as possible. I was never at ease going to the dentist but I am totally comfortable at Loving Dentistry and highly recommend Dr. Merchant and his team.

I have been going to Loving Dentistry for over 10yrs and will never switch. They are all so gentle and understanding. I also want to say the receptionist is wonderful and can answer any questions about insurance you have.

Update: Its been 4+ Years a I am a faithful patient. I send my husband here as well! Everyone is amazing and they have done a great job considering Covid. A big shout out to Gemma for all her amazing work and always keeping me well informed on all dental work, while always scheduling me in when convenient for me and Tonie for her amazing, thorough cleanings- she is so patient and kind! **** Let me just say I hate anything teeth related. I hate going to the Dentist. It gives me anxiety I just can't handle it! But loving dentistry has made the process so much easier. I mean they provide you with a blanket, which for me is super calming. they make sure to keep my lips moisturized ( i have super sensitive skin) Wow! First time I have felt well taken care of and first time I have received thorough information about my teeth. The Hygienists are so down to earth, kind, and friendly. Make me feel so much at ease. They actually cared about my teeth and fixing the issues I have. Dr. Merchant is very kind and funny and easy to talk to. Front desk staff is amazing! Super helpful! I Couldn't have found a better place

Dr Merchant and his team at Loving Dentistry go over and above to with COVID protocol measures to ensure the office and exam rooms are clean, sanitized, and safe. Dr Merchant and his team are patient, caring, and take the time to undertsand and alleviate any concerns you may have.

I would highly recommend this dentistry. I am working with them last one year. Doctors, Assistant and staff are very friendly. They helped me to recover most of the problems and also recommended good practice for preventive care for cavities.

A great team overall and you get to meet the same people that helps with continuity! They also do a good job to track your annual spend and plan for fixes accordingly. Lastly, they do one of the best jobs in following up on your upcoming appointments and scheduling new ones so that you don't have to worry about tracking them. Have tried 2 other dentistry in Issaquah area and this is hands down the best one. Thanks for all you do.

People normally feel nervous to go to see dentists. However, for me, going to Loving Dentistry provides me calm and relaxing feeling. All of the staff and Dr. Merchant are so friendly. I highly recommend Loving Dentistry.

The Loving Dentistry team is barnone. From Gemma at the front of the office who is efficient, savvy and responsive to each member of the care team who make my visits fun and enjoyable, I'm fortunate to have found this group! Dr Merchant has great bedside manner and is communicative - even after 3 appointments for a tricky tooth of mine, he's willing to work to solve my issue. Thank you Loving Dentistry for all you do! Ps.love the Lego cheer that always up! Such a fun touch!
