Good service, the ladies that work in the office have no idea what they are doing! Have had billing issues with them and they will not fix my problem! Will NEVER RETURN! FIND A CHEAPER PLACE TOSPEND YOUR MONEY ON DENTAL WORK! CAUTION WHEN GOING THERE!

I'm grateful for our relationship with our dentist and her staff. We've lived in the Houston area for over 32 years and have used only one other dentist since moving here and that only happened once. Dr LeSage has always been upbeat, friendly, supportive and professional. As far as her dental work, she's been gentle, through, and once she's got to you she's always listening and eager do what's needed in a timely manner. We were very blessed to have found her and have trusted her with our dental care for over 32 years. Thank you Dr LeSage!

I had an appointment on Saturday and got the confirmation and arrived at the time and location of my appointment for my daughter and they were closed and on google it said they were open and I didn't receive any message or phone call about canceling my appointment

They told me that i cant make an appointment with them because ive never been to them before and they dont work on " other dentists work" is exactly what the front desk told me. Im reporting this cause i literally can't believe they told me that. So if you have a filling or braces from another dentist or any work at all they wont allow you to be a patient here. Beyond ABSURD literally prejudice. You people are gross.

Went in as a new patient for my first routine cleaning and the office was beyond friendly. Gabby at the front was a huge help throughout all of the new patient process. The star of the show was certainly Priscilla, her knowledge, and skill was certainly shown during my X-rays and pano. Not only that, her ability to identify problem areas seemed like second nature as I actually learned how to prevent problems. Couldn't schedule my 6 month appointment fast enough.

The team at Lovett Dental is one of the best I've ever encountered! Joyce with payments, she doesn't embarrass or talk down to people, and Dr Adams is gentle and explains everything, and I can't even feel the shots, and the assistants, are kind and helpful and keep the ops very clean. Thank you for letting me take pics of my X-rays and helping me understand my mouth! You are an awesome team !

Scheduled an appointment for 10AM, which I arrived early for, and was not seen at all when I did them a favor and walked out at 11AM. Was told after around 40 minutes of waiting that they only had two doctors in to take appointments. I recommend if you are planning to have dental work done at Lovett in Webster would be to ask how many doctors are in for the day. If it's two or less be prepared to wait for far longer than you planned for.
