Take heed to the negative reviews, despite the amount of what appears to be gleaming ones. I moved to TX about a year ago and needed to establish a dentist, simply wanted a cleaning because the last I'd had was just before my move. Allow me to add, I regularly met with my dentist every six months prior for cleanings and checks. My teeth and gums have been in great shape thus far. So I come in for x-rays and a simple cleaning, and the first thing that got my attention at the counter is a sign that informs patients will be charged $5 for a 'Support Service Fee' every visit. I found this odd an off-putting and inquired about it as I have never in all my years seen this before. Additionally, though the fee may be considered nominal, I was not informed of it when scheduling which is unacceptable. I go forward and get the x-rays then back to the chair to wait for and meet the dentist. No cavities Yaay! Fast forward, she was nice if that's of any consolation, however, after examining and grading my gum health on a number scale, I'm told that there are a few teeth that fall within the zone that would require "deep cleaning" and that the gentleman from the front desk would come back to let me know how much it would cost. Of course I had a few questions to follow. Again, in all my years, this was another first... I have never ever, ever paid for teeth cleaning while having insurance. After waiting about 10-15 mins, I'm given a sheet with charge breakdown, $99 out-of-pocket for a cleaning! I needed a few moments to process. This simply didn't feel right in my spirit. Since when are dental offices up-charging for various levels of teeth cleaning?? I go to the front and inform that I'd like to go with the standard cleaning this time and maybe next visit on the deep clean and was informed that the dentist would not perform a regular cleaning since the other was recommended. WHAT??! No option to choose, just this is what you're going to get or nothing at all. Is getting a basic cleaning not better than not getting a cleaning at all? That is if the patients' oral health is truly of concern, smh. I kindly returned their cape and headed out the door. Just wow! A waste of time. I was looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned as it's a service I enjoy. Shameful what is happening at these store front dental office chains, I will never choose one again. After reading through reviews at this office and others which my insurance covers, it appears this practice is not so uncommon. This is not okay and I find it down right predatory. **Update** I've since contacted my insurance company to inform of my experience, after answering a few of the reps questions I learned what the actual charges should have been... Less! As I stated above, shameful and predatory. BEWARE good people.

Mike at the front was extremely helpful. Marina did a super job with a complicated procedure and Dr Fairleigh knew she was dealing with a fearful patient and kept it fun and light.

My daughter (3yrs) was seen today by Dr.Gainey and she was so wonderful and easy to talk to. She explained things very thoroughly and accommodated to our needs. Megan in the front desk is an amazing rockstar!! Went above and beyond to find closest appointment for my daughters treatment. She was very helpful and I am so grateful for that!!

I have been calling for weeks and cant get anyone to answer the phone ever. Horrible customer service, you need to have people answering the phones and be professional when they do, and not just say "ummmm i dont know"

Very attentive and friendly staff . Love that they explain each procedure before they do it. They discuss charges before service are done so you have the choice if you want get them done. Best dental place I have gone to!
