I switched from a different dental provider. Lovett Dental is so much better. The staff is very polite and professional. They always accommodate the appointments to fit my personal preferences. The dentist is gentle, caring and very friendly. The hygienist is also gentle and explains everything in great detail: how to brush, how to floss, what toothpaste to buy etc. I highly recommend this place!

Absolute disaster. I had an orthodontist appointment at 12, but I wasn't seen until 1:10. At that point, I was told the Ortho didn't have enough time to even do my treatment because he was on his lunch break. Additionally, when making the appointment, the booker failed to note what I was being treated for so they were not prepared. Start to finish an absolute mess. To top it all off, the receptionist showed no sympathy and was extremely unfriendly to how long I was waiting and then not even being treated. This was my first and last time stepping foot into Lovett. I will never go back. I would like to commend the service and kindness of Kim on the dental side of Lovett! I had a dental appointment before the ortho appointment, and she made my dental experience very smooth and enjoyable. Her customer service and friendliness was above average.
