Went to this dentist for a cleaning and they told me I needed $13k in dental work done. Veneers, crowns, etc. Got new insurance at work and went to another dentist. She told me I didn't need all that, just a few fillings and maybe a crown, dental work totaling $2,500. Lovett dental just wants your money for things you don't need. Will never go back!

The office staff is very efficient in order to compensate for the skill deficiency of the Dr.'s. After taking a full panel of x-rays of my entire mouth, the Dr. asked me if I still had my wisdom teeth. He also asked for my age. I guess reading skills are not a requirement for dentist. Since all my patient information was in the screen in front of him. The dental hygienist didn't even floss my teeth in the cleaning. No one explained to me my treatment plan until after I paid. The nicest and more competent employees were the office staff, everyone else just saw me as another task to complete and retrieve money from. Also it is concerning that the Dr.'s names aren't easily accessible on the website or the immediate contact information. I wonder what they are trying to hide? Let me know if y'all figure it out.

BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE in 34 years!! The office manager was not only kind but very patient, as I had lots of questions because I am literally afraid of the dentist. The dental assistant was also very polite and took her time when providing services, especially the X-rays as my anxiety shot through the roof. The provider conducted a simple exam as not to cause any additional pain and was thorough regarding options and potential outcomes. I appreciate this team so much for taking their time with me!!

I would give Lovett Dental a 0 rating if possible. We have experienced dangerous medical practice (I had a dental assistant working with me who didn't know what instruments she was being told to get, they prescribed my son an antibiotic to which he is allergic after I told them he couldn't have it). They have lied repeatedly about claiming an oral surgery through our insurance, for which we ended up paying full price, and the insurance company says it was NEVER filed...I could continue, but it's pointless. Never allow Lovett Dental Vintage to take care of your dental needs.

I did not have a good experience at this dental office. I came to Lovett dental because I was in severe pain from my wisdom teeth and I thought it was time to get them removed. They took an X-ray and then Dr. Tran came to talk to me about my wisdom teeth. I was told they were severely impacted and the first thing he lead with was the possibility of death and he kept constantly mentioning it and possible paralysis. He told me that it was too risky and that it would be very rare that any dental surgeon would take me as a patient. Now I understand providing the patient with the possibilities but the way Dr. Tran did this seemed very insensitive and made me extremely anxious. As soon as he left the nurses hugged me and told me that I was not going to die, they were much nicer and comforting. This experience definitely traumatized me and made me extremely anxious with the only thought on my mind was that I was going to die from my wisdom teeth. I want to give people hope though as the first dental surgeon I contacted after was able to see me and took me in as a patient. The surgeon I found was extremely kind and did not constantly mention the possibility of death. Obviously death is a possibility of these procedures but the way Dr. Tran gave me that news and told me is very traumatic. Thankfully I got my wisdom teeth removed 3 days after that experience and everything went well. I did not die and I do not have paralysis. I think he should just learn to be more empathetic towards his clients because that is not a light thing to tell someone.
