This place shouldn't even get 1 star. My son's appointment was in Sept. 2021. In Feb. 2022, we started receiving bills stating we owed money. I immediately contacted Lovett Dental and to this day, this has not been resolved. I get the run around, I am told the person I need to speak too isn't in the office, I have been given emails to send the information too and again they don't respond, I am told I will be called back and that doesn't happen. I have sent paperwork showing that my dental insurance provider covers these expenses and that they are waiting on final paperwork for the dental office to send the check for payment and yet the dental office has yet to do so. Insurance provider has requested it a few times and I have explained to them also what they are needing and they have yet to send it over. They continuously send us invoices saying we owe, it has been sent to collections now and I have repeatedly explained we don't and what needs to happen for them to be paid and yet... NOTHING! I advise to NEVER go here. RUN the other way. It has been nothing short of a nightmare. This appointment was my sons first dental appointment and I now wish it would have not been with Lovett Dental! I don't see how filling out a piece of paper and sending it in to the insurance so your business can be paid is that difficult, but apparently it is and if they can't do that simple task, you probably don't want them working on your teeth either.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE! I came to this dental office for the first time only because I got a new job and my old dentist was not within my network of providers under my new insurance plan. Dr Tho Nguyen and Henry Dao (dental hygienist) recommended a deep cleaning which I did not need. When I told them I only wanted a regular cleaning, Dr Nguyen was extremely rude to me and he told me he could not due that. He got very defensive. He used some fake excuse claiming it was due to my insurance. He told me he could only due a deep cleaning and basically kicked me out of his office. He also told me I had bone loss and severe inflammation of the gum lining (all lies). When I called my insurance they told me this was a lie and he should not have denied me a regular cleaning. To make matters worse, I confirmed my suspicions with my old dentist! Yes I went back to my old dentist and paid out of pocket 2 weeks after my appointment with Dr Nguyen!! I no longer trust these guys! My old dentist told me I dont have any evidence of bone loss and no chronic inflammation. My gums are fine and healthy!! My old dental hygienist performed a regular cleaning and I am happy again. Dont listen to these guys they are just money hungry trying to steal money from you and your insurance company! Later on Lovett followed up with a phone call asking me if I wanted to come in for my deep cleaning, they had verified with my insurance and I had to pay $400 out of pocket. Ridiculous! I paid $130 for a regular cleaning without insurance at my old dentist! It is now clear to me these guys just want to steal money! Also Dr Nguyen recommended a mouth guard which I also dont need because I told him I already have one. Ohhh but of course he told me I needed a new one because that is more money right?? $$$$ All a bunch of lies!! I cant believe there are dentists like this out there. You should be educating your patients on proper dental hygiene not feeding them lies! DONT EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE! ALWAYS GET A 2ND OPINION!!

Our dental clinic closed down. My wife needs to continue on with her dental works. It was a relief that Lovett Dental is around! We now can relax knowing that she can continue on with her much-needed dental works with a very good and professional team. Ms. Nancy made her feel at ease and helped her go through her paper works. I am amazed at how accommodating the staff at Lovett Dental is! I'm a busy person and couldn't really find the time to go to a dentist. While other dentists' availability takes more than a week before they can see you, Lovett Dental took time to arrange their schedule so they could accommodate me! Now, isn't that wonderful?
