The front desk receptionist made my experience horrible. Don't remember her name but she acts how she looks, fake contacts, horrendously long lashes and nails. Just unprofessional all around

I spent 2 hours here just to NOT have my teeth cleaned because they needed to verify my insurance. Despite me giving my info days prior to my appointment. Seems like they just want to split my appointment to charge more. Waste of time. Don't go here

I went in for an exam and for some issues that I had regarding pain in a few spots in my mouth. Due to previous experiences that I had in the past with the last regime there I was a bit hesitant to go in ; however, I was pleasantly surprised on how much more positive customer service that was rendered to me . Especially from the deep cleaning that was done by Paula. I will now be looking forward to future appointments!

Went in for a routine exam and cleaning had an issue with my insurance but Savannah was very helpful getting everything handled, Paula did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, made my next appointment before even leaving. Definitely recommend Lovett Dental.

Horrible service. Disgusting office. Staff is clearly under paid and could care less. Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone. The ONLY reason we use this company is due to insurance requirements, period. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

Very bad experience from booking appointments to service and customer service. Had to wait for a dental cleaning for a month and a half. Then I received a statement of benefits from my insurance company, and it turned out they overcharged me for services. My insurance had to call them, and I'm still waiting on my funds months after service. They also schedule appointments without your knowledge, and it's absolutely impossible to get in touch with them because no one picks up the phone.

Chipped a tooth and went here to hopefully get it looked at and hopefully fixed, was told I could not as the dentist was about to head home. I asked them if the dentist could take a look at least to see if I need to head to a emergency dentistry facility was told the same thing. Considered scheduling with them but as I have no idea on how significant the damage is decided to just leave and go to another dental practice. I will definitely change my assigned dental provider after this experience.

Today is my son's first appt and I'm already concerned. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone to make sure the insurance was approved. First young lady sounded like she was asleep told me to call a different number. The second time waited over 10 min. Called again last lady was clearly at home with her dogs and now I'm on hold again. Is there no one at their office a patient can speak to?
