The absolute WORST Dental office in the city of Houston. They have rescheduled me for nearly 12 months now. If you are a new patient you can get an appointment now/tomorrow etc. but for existing patients you have to wait for months. This time they can't take me because their lighting people will be in. Last time because school is out and they have to get the kids in and out. The time before they told me one date on the phone (three months out) then send me a text two weeks before my scheduled appointment but it is a day earlier than previously discussed on the phone. When I schedule an appointment, I also schedule EVERYTHING else around it. They do not practice the same courtesy.

Very good dental services. Dr Peoples is smart and thorough and answers your questions. Dental hygenist, Cynthia, did a great job cleaning, explaining each step. Be aware if you are using Lovett's low priced "insurance", they add a $50 charge for irrigation for each visit. Like all dentists now days, they'll want to do a lengthy gum check and probably will say you need an expensive deep cleaning, but you can reject the checking and/or the treatment. I've been to several dentists in past years, and they all did that.

I tried to get pricing for a cracked bridge and was antagonized by front desk for refusing to share my insurance information before hand. Then after their insistence that I come in for an exam, which I promptly did, and they'd set my expectations that they'd have to give me a cash price first, which I was ok with, the dentist showed up with a pick, irritated from obviously something his front desk must have told him about my refusal to share my insurance information, only to tell me he didn't think it would be a good idea for us to carry on with his examination. It was a complete waste of my business hours, just because I didn't share my insurance company. Like, what difference should it make to a dentist how I wish to pay for a service when I can do either but wish to know what the pricing may be? I'm dumbfounded. Don't waste your time with these people. Can't be trusted
