The staff in Conroe office are first class. Dr. Ruiz has excellent customer care skills. The assistants make you feel very comfortable as well. I highly recommend you give them a try.

UPDATE!!!!!! These are the biggest Scammers ever!!!! I went in to Lovette for dental October 4th. Here I am 1 month later. STILL in pain, STILL out of my 600 bucks that I was ROBBED AND SCAMMED OUT OF, and now Gary is telling me that it will be another 3-4 weeks before I can get my money back for FAILED TREATMENT. I was WARNED not to go to this place by 2 of my coworkers and a Church member. I still went because it is close to my house. THAT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE IN MY LIFE. Gary persuaded me to pay before I went to the back, knowing that they didn't have the equipment to do the procedure( Robbing me out of 600 bucks) *Not only did they SCAM me, they SCAMMED THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR TREATMENT THEY DIDN'T DO* PLEASE!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT DO HERE FOR DENTAL CARE. SAVE YOURSELF PAIN, FRUSTRATION AND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I had my new patient exam/X-rays/cleaning and had a great experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr. Ruiz was awesome. He is super easy to talk to and ask questions. He was very transparent through the whole process and let me know exactly what to expect. I like that they are upfront with what things will cost prior to a service, so that I knew what to expect and I found the costs to be very reasonable. I would recommend this office & Dr. Ruiz. I'm definitely the type of person that gets nervous about going to the dentist, but these guys took care of me.

Waited 1 1/2 hrs asked how much longer I had to wait and they said 30-40 more mins I just walked out... horrible! Go somewhere else there's a lot of dentists, I never had to wait that long in an appt. People with children kept coming in and they weren't told there was a 2 hr wait time. Will never go there again!!
