I booked an appt for the next day for a minor with a painful cavity all was good till I filled out new patient info and put the child had anxiety. They called me back an hour before they closed to cancel and rescheduled for November! I asked why they booked it that morning only to cancel they said oh they forgot their dentist would be away and that they were under new management. They are patient selective apparently when it comes to anxiety. I found Smilepoint. They are great with kids. The interaction was so great there no anxiety issues. Dodge Lovett dental if you can especially if kids had a bad experience before.
