An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I experience a lot of dental anxiety and Dr Garfinkle and the hygienist Megan made me feel way more at ease and comfortable. They were so understanding and walked me through every step. They really took the time to explain things to me. They made a scary experience not so terrible, and the office is very clean and nice.

Amazing staff that is kind, detail oriented, and extremely caring. They helped me get an infection under control within a week and taught me how to take care of my oral health better. Will continue to come back for my regular cleanings here!

Great staff with big personalities! I woke up in a great deal of pain and was able to be seen right away that day. Dr. Simon and her assistant Chloe are a great team and were very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this office if you want the best quality care!

Be aware if you are visiting this office for a cleaning they will try and force you into procedures their own paperwork calls optional, alternate and cosmetic, not covered under insurance, and will refuse to do your regular cleaning unless you have the procedure ($800) done. If you are in need of a dentist office for a regular cleaning DO NOT go here.

The staff at Loveland Dental group are thoughtful, kind and efficient and made my dental experience easy and quick! I recently was seen by Dr. Garfinkle for my regular dental cleaning--she was warm and delivered excellent and professional care! She was personable and quick to answer any questions as well as provide professional dental education and care! You can tell the whole team at this office cares a great deal for their patients and are willing to go above and beyond to deliver excellent dental care!

The view from the chair isn't the only thing Loveland dental has going for them, the amazing staff really put the icing on the cake!!!! I have felt welcome since day 1, they are always eager to answer all of my questions and make me feel right at home!!! I use to be terrified of the dentist but I have now found a place and great staff that keep me coming back!!! 5 stars aren't enough!!!

I have been looking for a new dentist and decided to give Dr. Simon a try. I was pleased to find a friendly, professional front office staff, easy online check in, and calm reassuring dental techs and hygienists. Megan my hygienist, knew how to clean and treat my sensitive teeth and gave me tips for future care. She was friendly, kind, and professional. Dr. Simon gave me a thorough exam and identified some teeth that needed attention. She gave good explanations for the treatments she recommended. I was given a complete cost estimate for the treatments plus an explanation of what was involved during the treatment. Dr. Simon gave clear explanations in a kind and professional manner. She and her staff were willing and able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Simon and her staff for good dental care.

Terrible, 6 months ago they said I needed two root canals (the last molars on the top row) I asked if they could just pull them instead because they were so far back I would not miss them and I was told no I needed to get the root canals. I could not afford to get them both so I just did one to start and it was $1300. Fast forward to now, I moved to Windsor and started experiencing pain where I knew the other root canal was needed so I went to a local dentist here in town. They took x-rays and said that I did need another root canal or I could JUST PULL THE TOOTH! The new dentist said "I could be greedy and tell you that you NEED the root canal or I could just charge you $75 to pull the tooth". Loveland dental took advantage of my situation and lack of knowledge to rob me and my family. Terrible people, they don't care about you they only care about how much they can get out of you. If I could give less stars I would. Truly I have never experienced something like this, I even asked if I could pull the tooth and was told no. Lied to, robbed and taken advantage of. DO NOT GO HERE!

Went in to have a wisdom tooth removed via nitrous sedation after being told they provided this service and having an appointment to do so. Only to be told the doctor does not do nitrous sedation. When asked why they couldn't provided an answer only saying it's his choice. No explanation nothing. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

The staff here is very friendly! They are always great about introducing themselves when you're there for appointments. And they are super clear about what your insurances covers and what options are for your dental care! Also, we love that our root canal, crowns, wisdom teeth extraction and regular work has all been at the SAME location - no need to go to another office. I have never had such a pleasant experience with a dental office. :) Excited to continue using them.

This place is SHADY, they over charged me for a service I didn't get on my last visit. I called to ask questions, they said they would get back to me and didn't so called the next day and she said that the charge was from a teeth cleaning in 2011?!? And said for some reason its finally going through. It was a $30 over charge and I'm not going to fight with them over it but I'm definitely NEVER going back and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. The most upsetting is I don't even think I was even a client there almost 10 years ago!! And even then why are they charging me for it now. VERY unprofessional
