Dr. Frank Blacknall has been practicing dentistry for over 21 years! He is a graduate of The University of Tennessee in Memphis, but prior to entering dental school, Dr. Blacknall began a distinguished military career in the United States Navy. For 16 years, he had the opportunity to serve our service men and women while deployed in both Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, helping to save the lives of several Marines critically injured as their battalion advanced towards Kuwait City. Three years after returning home, Dr. Blacknall started dental school at UT Memphis. During his second year at UT, Dr. Blacknall accepted a commission as a Naval Dental Officer (O-1)at Camp Pendleton. After Dr. Blacknalls military career ended in 2003, he relocated to the Kansas City area provide comprehensive dental care to adults, teens, and children. He is fiercely dedicated to providing his patients with exceptional and comfortable dental care in a painless and non-judgmental way.
Dr. Blacknalls professional memberships include the American Dental Association, Kansas Dental Association, and the Fifth District Dental Society. He has previously held memberships in several other organizations, including the Academy of General Dentistry, as well as an associate membership in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. When not practicing dentistry or attending dentistry-related continuing education, Dr. Blacknall enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, three very active young children, and their Cockadoodle named Olyver. He also enjoys fitness activities, traveling, and fine dining while trying to maintain a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Pinky Kingrani is originally from India and practiced general dentistry there before moving to the US. She received her DDS from Indiana University School of Dentistry and graduated with highest distinction.Dr. K lives in Overland Park with her husband and family. When not in the office, she likes trying new restaurants in town. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She believes in treating each of her patients like a close friend, and she thrives in the family atmosphere.

Sonny Patel is absolutely AMAZING!! Larrissa,, the hygienist is the bomb too!! The entire office is very friendly and there is a peaceful vibe. They make you feel comfortable enough to actually want to return. I absolutely love them all! Highly recommend!

I love this dental office! Drs Pederson and Patel are both fantastic! Larissa does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth, and Chong is efficient, friendly and helpful as well. I can't recommend them enough!

All of the staff are the best I've ever experienced! Also, the videos you'er able to watch during your visit lower the stress level of going to see the dentist. (I've never known anyone who was doing a happy dance)

My family loves this dentist office!! Our family dentist of 30 years retired in 2020 and it took us almost two years to find a new dentist office. They are personal, and take great care of you and your teeth. We visit the Peculiar office and it's exactly what I was looking for! Highly recommend giving them a chance.

Dr. Pederson and Dr. Patel have a great office in Peculiar! Larissa is a 10/10 hygienist. We laugh and joke the entire visit. The office is very clean and modern, with tvs and Netflix at every chair. Where else can I watch Arrested Development while getting my teeth cleaned?

Everyone here is so thoughtful, helpful & nice! They truly cate answering all my questions and explain everytging thoroughly. Comfortable, Clean, up-to-date & THE BEST DENTAL place! I will not go anywhere else, whether I have dental insurance or not. I love the way they make me feel and I go 4 times a year. My dental insurance only covers twice annually, so that should really say something amazing!

My last visit I complained about an issue with frequent discomfort on my crowned molar that I've had for about 4 years. The dentist adjusted my crown and fixed my bite and I instantly noticed a difference. I have no complaints about this office and I recommend it to anyone looking for valued care. I can feel my anxiety with dental care getting better with each visit.

I have been going to Love To Smile for the last few years when my own dentist retired. They are wonderful at the Overland Park location. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Love to Smile is a Top Notch, Dental Care Facility. Everyone that you engage with, from checking in, to dental cleanings to seeing the Dentists, are always a welcome and pleasant visit for me and my whole family! I go to the Peculiar, Mo location due to where I live and always have a great visit. I used to hate the dentist visits....not anymore! Highly recommended both locations..Peculiar and Overland Park.
