Steven Cummings, D.D.S. Dr. Cummings was born and raised in Baton Rouge. He received his bachelors degree from Louisiana Tech University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 2008. Dr. Cummings is the first dentist in his family. He is married and has twins. He enjoys, travelling, swimming, and spending time with friends. He also rides in the Mardi Gras Krewe of Endymion parade.
Jeana Harmon, DDS Orthodontist Dr. Jeana Harmon was born in Lawrenceville, Georgia. She attended Georgia State University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2011. In 2016, Dr. Harmon received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College. After earning her doctoral degree, Dr. Harmon completed her residency in Orthodontics at Howard University in Washington, DC. When not treating patients, Dr. Harmon enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Joseph R. Lacoste, Jr., D.D.S. Dr. Lacoste was born and raised in the New Orleans area. After graduating high school from The New Orleans Academy in 1972, he received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans. He then went on to receive a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans in 1980.Dr. Lacoste is a member of the American Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association, the New Orleans Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He always finds time to be with family and friends, and enjoys fishing and playing music.
Stephen Migliore, D.D.S. Dr. Stephen Migliore was born and raised in Kenner and graduated from Ecole Classique High School. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from LSU School of Dentistry. Dr. Migliore enjoys traveling, scuba diving, playing the drums, basketball and hiking. He is dedicated to continuing education and providing quality dental care.
Eugene Rowell III, D.M.D. Dr. Eugene Rowell III was born in Plattsburgh, New York and raised in Valdosta, Georgia. He earned his Bachelor of Science at Valdosta State University and his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. Dr. Rowell is currently pursuing specialty training in Periodontics at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. Dr. Rowell enjoys reading, exploring New Orleans, and all things having to do with Florida Gator football.
Bonnie Muro Ust, D.D.S. Dr. Ust was born in New Orleans and raised in Metairie. She graduated from Mount Carmel Academy, then earned a Bachelor of Biological Sciences at LSU and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from LSU School of Dentistry. She is a vegetarian, and loves to home-decorate, make crafts, and attend local festivals. Dr. Ust is also proud mom to a daughter.
Justin Wu, D.D.S. Dr. Wu was born in Kansas City, Missouri and raised in Wichita, Kansas. He received his bachelors degree in chemical engineering at the University of Kansas and his dental degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at Wichita State University. Dr. Wu has an identical twin brother and enjoys golf, college basketball and football, reading, flying, and playing with his dogs. He is also strongly committed to continuing education in dentistry.

Traveling from out of state. Had a terrible toothache and went to the dentistry center without a appointment. Dr. Cummins and his assistant Helena Marshall were very professional and competent. I needed a root canal and had the procedure done while I was there.

I discovered Louisiana Dental Center during the height of Covid. They were one of the few dentist offices that were open for emergencies. I had my wisdom tooth extracted then. Previously, I went to a dentist in Florida and would travel for her services. Ever since my initial visit, Dr. Cummings has gained a new loyal client. He was so friendly, professional and calmed any fears that I had. He is very much so a perfectionist and takes pride in his work! I love that about him. He was also humorous and the staff was just as pleasant! Helena definitely makes her mark in the facility. She is always consistent, just as professional and so friendly. I am scared of the dentist due to childhood trauma but everyone there really makes me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this Dental office to anyone!!!

LA Dental Center is clean and has very polite and professional staff. We are very happy to be their clients and we wish we had found them much earlier! Dr Cummings was essential in his treatment of my granddaughter who is always very anxious about dental work. The staff, including Victoria, Helena, Lindsay C, Lyndsay P and Elsa were wonderful in making my granddaughter (and me) very comfortable. I am so thankful that we found La Dental Center, Metairie!

I was pleased with the service as a walk-in! My abscess was addressed right away in a compassionate manner. Dr. Nass and the hygienist were exceptional and explained all my options to complete my care plan. I'm excited to have an option I can afford and have a healthy presentable smile! Well, here I am three years later! Dr. Nass gave me exceptional care and service. I can finally smile without thinking about my teeth. I'm very satisfied and my husband will be seeing Dr. Nass also. Thank you for the great service!!!

This was my first visit and I was amazed at the kindness of the staff. Especially Helena, Victoria, KITA and Dr. Cummings. The office is lovely and sparkling clean. This will be my primary dental facility from now on.

My new Dental Office is Absolutely Wonderful !!. They really do cater to COWARDS. When I tell you my nerves was on 100, about to jump out of my body, (lol). When the nurse (Helena Marshall) called me to the back and she looked at me, seeing the fear on my face. She assured me that everything was going to be ok. I felt a little at ease. Then the X-ray Tech came in, she was so gentle and patience with me as well. She talked me through the entire process, (Excellent treatment). Now when the Dentist (Steven Cummings) came into the room, he was so friendly and assured me he was just going to take a peek (lol). He was super gentle and very through. He explained my plan of care, gave me choices on how to proceed with my dental work as well. I absolutely enjoyed my visit. Now where can you find a Dentist Office with the entire staff HAPPY to see you and was very welcoming. I can honestly tell you I left there looking forward to returning back. Oops May I remind you guys, I am a big COWARD when comes to dentist. They really did cater to this COWARD. A big shout out to the entire staff. Thanks Soooo Much !!!

My first visit to this location for an emergency visit was exceptional, Lydney C. Made sure I was very comfortable, she was very pleasant and caring. Ms.Kita at the front desk was also Caring and pleasant, I've found me a new location

07/21 and 07/22 I received the worst service from the office staff and manger. Treating people with mental health rudely is not nice nor is it safe. Then the manager had the audacity to try to insert her privilege over me and tell me that I would not be allowed back in this office because I voice my opinion in my way. She also lied and said that I threaten the office when I recorded the whole entire conversation. We have so many hurt people in the world and we all are reacting based on that. She had no idea I'm on 6 meds and was having a rough day. I left that office angry in tears and called my doctor and cried for almost 20 mins. This is not how you treat patients. When you and your team made a mistake that costed me almost $60 in a Lyft ride there and back home. I am an activist in my community and if I must pull my team together to BOYCOTT this business I will. I have huge following and we are all against treat anyone with any medical condition wrongly. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the certified dental assistant Helena Marshall to Dr. Stephen Cummings were absolutely fabulous. Helena was so kind, compassionate, patient and caring as well as Dr. Cummings was equally Professional, kind, caring and sensitive. I would recommend Louisiana dental center to anyone and everyone!!!

During the month of February of 2022, Louisiana Dental Center of Metairie, LA, 70002. charged me $160.00 dollars and charged my insurance company $160.00 dollars for the same service. After the matter was exposed, they agreed to refund me $160.00 for double charging me. It is now April 30, 2022 and I still have not been refunded my $160.00 dollars. Every time I ask them about my refund check they state that it hasn't come in yet. I also have teeth implants that supposedly got lost in the mail which I have been waiting on for months that keep getting pushed back. My concerns are the following: * This company are possible involved in some type of fraudulent activity, because they double charged me for that same service. * This company is practically delaying my refund for services they double charged me for. * This company may be charging my insurance company for service delays, due to the fact that every time I go to have my work done on my teeth they are unable to complete the service because, the excuse is my teeth got lost in the mail. Please investigate this company, for fraudulent activity. Everything written in the complaint is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Thank you for taking the time to review my case.
