Lennon Coon, D.D.S. Dr. Lennon Coon was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, but moved to Monroe, Louisiana as a young child and was raised there. He attended Louisiana State University for his undergraduate degree and majored in biology, then earned a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans. Dr. Coon became a dentist because he saw the impact it can have on patients self-perceptions and confidence. His goal is to utilize his skills and knowledge to improve each of his patients quality of life. Dr. Coon is engaged to be married in October 2021. His hobbies include golf, basketball and biking around New Orleans. He is a sports fanatic with a primary focus on LSU and New Orleans Saints football.
Aatiqah Khalid, D.M.D. Dr. Khalid was born in India and grew up in Missouri. She graduated magna cum laude from Meredith College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in International Studies. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree and a certificate in Dental Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Khalid went on to complete a General Residency program at LSU Health Science Center School of Dentistry. During her time off, Dr. Khalid enjoys traveling with her husband, working out, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Andy Le, D.D.S. Dr. Andy Le was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, and attended Acadiana High School. He was initially trained as a dental hygienist but decided he wanted to expand the scope of his practice to offer more comprehensive care to his patients. Dr. Le received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering, exploring New Orleans, golf, football, riding his motorcycle, and food.
Khanh Luong,D.D.S. Orthodontist Dr. Luong received an undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana Lafayette, then a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. He completed a residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Luong enjoys soccer and golf.
Luis Moncada, D.M.D. Periodontist Dr. Moncada was raised in Miami, Florida, where he attended Florida International University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in biology in 2002. He then attended Boston University and earned his Doctorate in Dental Medicine. After graduating, he practiced general dentistry in the Boston area and was appointed to the position of Managing Clinical Director of a group practice. His quest for knowledge and understanding of dentistry led him to pursue a three-year, highly-specialized program of periodontal and implant training at Louisiana State University. During his residency, Dr. Moncada dedicated much of his time to research involving the genetic factors of aggressive periodontal disease, as well as clinical studies involving early placement of dental implants. His research and studies helped shape his belief that periodontics is the foundation of dentistry. Dr. Moncada is committed to providing optimal and comprehensive treatments that restore the mouth to a healthy state that is free from gum disease. Dr. Moncada is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontics, Louisiana Dental Association and American Dental Association, and he has served as Vice President of the Hispanic Dental Association. He and his wife, Jennifer, are active Uptown Lions Club members, and they enjoy getting involved in projects that are dedicated to rebuilding and preserving New Orleans music and artistic culture. They are proud to call Louisiana home.
Thai Q. Nguyen, D.D.S. Dr. Thai Q. Nguyen is from Plaquemine, Louisiana. He earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from Louisiana State University and went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. Dr. Nguyen enjoys treating both adults and children of all ages. He is a member of the New Orleans Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, American Dental Association, International Dental Implant Association and Academy of General Dentistry. He is also pursuing a fellowship in both the Internal Dental Implant Association and Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Nguyen is dedicated to providing the most up-to-date dental care. He is interested not only in fixing teeth but also in helping patients enjoy a better quality of life by maintaining the health and appearance of their teeth. Dr. Nguyen is married and has one dog. His hobbies include riding motorcycles, fishing and watching LSU football.
Dean Phan, D.D.S. Dr. Dean Phan graduated from Texas A&M College of Dentistry and became a dentist because he enjoys that dentistry is a combination of art and science. He loves that he can combine his intelligence and creativity to improve a patients oral health and that makes his workday even more interesting. Dr. Phan feels rewarded when patients are happier after they leave his office than when they first came in. Outside of the office, he enjoys anything under the sun that involves outdoor or physical activity especially when he does those things with his friends and family.
Jeffrey Wiggins, D.D.S. Born and raised in Slidell, Dr. Wiggins is a proud lifelong resident. A Slidell High School graduate, Dr. Wiggins earned his undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the LSU School of Dentistry. He is a member of the New Orleans Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is married to Amy Hall Wiggins, and they have two sons, Brandt and Cole.

HORRIBLE PLACE !! Save Your money and go somewhere else . The Staff is very rude and with the amount of money they charge they should provide a customer service too the patients . When they get your money they don't care for their existing customers. The manager name EVITT was very rude and very unprofessional , i explained my situation of going out of country and needed to get the braces fixed due to emergency .I had to travel overseas to take care of my mom but instead of understanding my situation the manager start getting rude and telling me to cancel my trip .

I've been going to Louisiana Dental Center (Kenner) for over two years now. The entire staff is absolutely amazing. My last procedure was completed by Dr. Deville, and Melissa. They were so pleasant and comforting. Dr. Deville not only does great work, but she is a great educator. This place is a 10 out of 10.

Amy Huynh was real gentle and thorough. She left my gums feeling amazing and my teeth so white after my cleaning. I will definitely be back at Louisiana Dental Center Kenner thanks to her!!!

The location is extremely careless. My mother and brother have both had procedures that were horrible. They made mistakes that should have been simple. They did not offer any refunds. Please think twice before making an appointment here. They seem to only care about their bottom line.

Dr. LE is the Best, had root canal today Zero pain through the whole procedure and everything worked out great. Also the ladies at front counter were pleasant and they even charged my phone while I was having my procedure. :)

I am extremely happy with this dentist I had 2 baby teeth that fell out I had no adult teeth to replace them I came here and they were very helpful and attentive to my financial situation. I highly recommend this dentist not only is it super clean the staff and everyone that works there are super super friendly. Please come here if you want a dentist's with Integrity.

Very unprofessional staff especially at the front desk. I try to speak with the manager Jamie it was like talking to a brick wall. she was unprofessional as well.please pay attention to your statement they hit us with a 600 co-pay and couldn't explain to us why. please stay away from here!!!

I have been a regular here since they opened. My previous dentist was a holdover from when I lived on the Westbank, and I decided it was time to find a dental office closer to where I currently live (Kenner). What I like about this place is the scale of the operation. I can go in with my 2 kids and we all have our appointments at the same time. We each have the same hygienist every time. I prefer hand scraping to a water pick, and they have someone who is willing to do that for me. My kids prefer the water pick, so they are fine with the younger ones not trained in the "old school" ways. Dr. Le is a good guy, and he remembers his patients. When my younger daughter had cavities, they did not charge an arm and a leg to have them filled. I am very appreciative of that. We have good dental insurance, so we have a lot of choices. We choose this place. Their X-ray technology is top of the line. The thing I appreciate the most - is that they are not a fraud mill. They don't try to con you into gum measurements or deep cleanings. They don't recommend procedures you don't need. They just clean your teeth and clean them well. They simply want to earn an honest living, and there's nothing more valuable to me than that.

Called in and made an appointment and they were able to schedule me the next day. Went in and it was minutes before they called me back. Since a child, I hated the dentist. My hygienist was Victoria. Victoria made me feel so comfortable and she took her time. She had sense of care! I cannot wait til my next appointment

The rudest staff ever , very unprofessional and they don't know how to treat Customers . Between Lisa and the other rude lady that answers calls ( it's sad that they don't know how to do their job and the dentist are relying on them to bring new patent in . I'm sure my business is not important , however I have so much work that I needed down that it would have been Substantial. Who ever owns the business ... personal request you need to recruits new ladies to answer your calls ... with their bad attitude and poor customer service your losing out especially at the Kenner location . The worst thing is she even used the F boom on me ( very classy) . Maybe those ladies deserve a job at the dollar general even they have good customer service .

This dental office is great but this review is specifically for Melissa ! I love her ! She handles everything ortho with me and she's just the greatest person ever! She takes her time, she makes sure she gives the best advice and recommendations when it comes to dental work and braces ! Its never a dull moment when im in her chair . Very professional with a lot of positive energy. She's an amazing hard worker from what i've seen !
