I waited for an hour in the lobby to get checked in to do a cleaning so make sure you complain if you don't hear your name being called. I am not receiving treatment here.

Dr Marino don't care. If you're into pain this is the place for you. every time I've gone there it's been very painful and they could care less.... I finally got out of there and got a new dentist talk about smooth ..... talk about no pain for the entire treatment....... I didn't know it was possible after being in pain for 2 weeks because Marino is the most irresponsible Dentist you'll ever meet stay away from that guy unless you're into 10+ pain an infection then he's the guy for you.

staff is so very sweet. I'm not sure what her name was, but she did my dental cleaning and had to schedule my 6 month cleaning and she looked up the schedule to my school to see when i'd be out to come get it without it interrupting school. The lady taking my scans was also so sweet and funny. i highly recommend. much better than bippos. even scheduling my appointment over the phone, the lady was so sweet and patient.

I went here for a second opinion on a grafting procedure. The previous periodontist recommended two teeth get done at a cost of $3500. I saw Dr. Snitzer and did a thorough examination and said that " yes I have recessions, but that nothing needed to be done." He was the nicest, most down to earth and HONEST physician I ever met. He could have easily sold me on this procedure because I expected to get it done. I wish more people were honest like that! By telling me the truth it cost him money, but he gained a loyal patient after today. Thank you!

Really good experience at Louisiana dental center in Covington la on highway 190. They have really good staff members who go above and beyond for their patients! Haley at the front desk especially. I definitely recommend going there.

Probably the worst dentist I have been to in a while. I waited in the waiting for for about 2 hours before I was called. The dentist did a temporary filing, and it was suppose to last 30 days well it didn't even last a day. The dentist didn't seem to know what he was doing, although he has been a dentist for 10 years+. I wouldn't recommend going here honestly there are other dentists and other options other places. Save your money.

The staff is so friendly and much accommodating. I called as I was running behind to get my braces on and the team worked together to ensure I was still seen that same day. Jenna March has superseded my exceptions ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Lestrade Was exceptional with her care from the beginning. I feel at ease each time I visit here. Everyone is so kind and courteous as well! Thank you!

I am so confounded by the caring and compassionate team at this location. They don't just merely make my teeth shine- they make my heart have hope again in humanity... thank you all very much from the front desk to the Doctor. All the staff!!!!! Do NOT use this office for your dental needs! Their office staff, although friendly, is disorganized. They do not coordinate anything. Also, they use poor quality materials. I went in for a simple crown as my previous crown partially came off. I was there for three hours!!! I work full time, mind you, so this was time away from work. I left with a temporary crown that cracked off 1 1/2 hours after I got home. They told me to come back to get another put on which I did. That one cracked that night. They tried to blame it on me saying I had a "hard bite". No, it's because their materials are poor quality. I asked them to ask the lab to speed up the delivery of my crown since I could not keep a temporary crown on and, to their credit, they did. When I found out it had come in, I asked if I could come in that day to get it placed since I had no temporary crown. I was told "yes, if you come in before noon, we can do it." I drove there, missing work yet again, only to be told no, they could not do it after all and to come back a few hours later. I asked why was I told to come in if they couldn't see me. They could not explain. I still do not have my permanent crown but have an appointment next week. After I get my permanent crown placed, I will not be returning to this office.

As a first time patient, I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Dr. Firman and Kaylee made me feel special and walked ne through everything they were was doing. I have been searching for a dental home and I believe I found it. Thanks to everyone!
