Worst place ever! Do not go there and expect to have anyone care if you are in pain!! There's always a reason you have to come back to take care of it that comes with a long estimate of what the "speciality" procedure you need is going to cost you when it's shocking that a specialty appointing is always needed no matter what you go in there for. Front office is decent but most of the "Doctor's" are overbooked, arrogant and not really empathetic to any situation. It feels like youre out in the open with no privacy while several people are being worked on by the same staff simultaneously without the courtesy of being told. Just a horrible place that claims to "cater to cowards" but never ask about your comfort level and believe somehow that ibuprofen makes the world cure everything doesn't matter how hard a procedure you endured.

Khaliq Khan, D.D.S. is one of the best dentist I have ever met. He is honest and compassionate. His strong communication skills always give me a clear idea of what is going on at any given moment. He educated me on his diagnosis, treatment and preventative care. Being able to explain technical information makes him one of the best. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable and I love the welcoming atmosphere he creates. I don't even live in the state but because he's so good I don't mind flying into town for the care he provides.

This place never picks up the phone! If they don't want to pick up the phone why not make an online scheduling website the customer can do themselves? I went inside and there are about 10 employees inside talking amongst themselves doing nothing work wise. Lazy..

Had me sit there for 2 hours just to tell me when i get to the back that i need to pay 15$ which i dont have... Why wasnt i told whem i checked in??? Im in excruciating pain face going numb couldve went to the er n gotten better carr tf

I felt like all they wanted was money from me. I went to them in September for my tooth breaking. I don't have insurance until January so couldn't do much since the prices are absolutely ridiculous. Well my infection that they told me about Flared up and I'm in IMMENSE pain. I called to try and get a prescription of antibiotics. Ya know. Since it's not something I'm trying to get high off of. They said I had to have gone within the last month as if I'm not one of their customers. They said oh well even though I was in tears and the girl on the phone just hung up on me. I won't be returning to this dentist. I don't feel like they care about me as a person and only for my money. I'd also like to add that they wanted to send me somewhere else for a root canal and tooth extraction. What's the point of you being open if you can't do those things? You're not there just to clean teeth.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcome as a new patient. Actually even calling to make the appointment was so easy and the person was so kind and helpful on the phone. The person who greeted me was very kind and made me feel at ease that your office is taking Covid safety seriously. She kindly informed me on how to fill out the paperwork and kindly picked it up for me and returned my ID and insurance card. I was quickly called on for my appointment where the amazing Rosemary took care of me. She was one of the kindest, fast, and professional hygienists I've ever met. The dentist I saw was amazing! The room was clean and the chair was super comfortable. I've already suggested y'all to several people. I have 2 cavities to be filled and I don't even feel anxious about it because of how wonderful the staff and the business is. Give all those ladies a raise! It's so refreshing to find such an amazingly well run medical office in the greater New Orleans area. Bravo! Signed a very happy new patient

Great service and friendly staff! The front desk girls are always smiling and very helpful. The doctors and assistants are super friendly and put me at ease! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Very friendly & was seen in a timely manner loved how it was fast & super clean! Love going here I have to get a tooth extracted here in a couple of weeks I hope that appointment goes well also

We really enjoy this place and have had a wonderful experience, but since last year it takes forever to get someone on the phone to reschedule appointments. My wife has been calling this morning since 8am and no one has picked up and she isn't able to leave a message. Our kids are running fevers so it's a no go for today, and that's happens, but we should be able to get someone on the phone so we can reschedule so we are not just a "no show". This is frustrating.

Just got back from my second visit to Dr. Herbert. The staff there are WONDERFUL! Very helpful, they explain everything in detail and make me very comfortable.Kristi helped me a lot with my insurance and Dr. Herbert is amazing! Very thorough and professional as well as kind. I am so glad I went to this place. Looking forward to having healthy teeth again!

All I can say is that the place nice and clean very friendly quick and fast didnt have to wait for a long time about 15 mins I was in the chair D.D.S Mark Tinney was great very gentle I would recommend anybody to Louisiana Dental on Judge Perez

The wait time was horrible, no one acknowledged the fact that I sat and waited 45 minutes, before I asked what was going on. Not to mention they asked if I arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. I heard negative reviews prior but since I lived in the area I still decided to go. I left with no help. I would not recommend. Zero stars

What's the point of having an appointment if they don't call you until 30-45 minutes past your time? I'm tired of hearing "there's only 1 person working" every time I come here. Either get more help or stop jamming as many customers in as you can. The worst part is having the same appointment time with 3 others and despite being first, you get called last!

this place saved my sanity. i originally went in when they opened on monday morning to get a tooth removed. the tooth was infected and i went to the ER the night before hoping for some relief. after receiving BS medication and going over 24 hours with no sleep, my usual dentist couldn't see me til monday afternoon, i showed up to this dentist's office. they took me back and did an x-ray which showed my tooth was infected; however, it was a strong tooth that they urged me to try and keep until i could get a root canal. i tried going throughout the day taking my antibiotics and "pain meds" that i received from the ER as prescribed, but by 2pm i couldn't take the pain any longer. i went back to this facility and they were hesitant to pull the tooth since it was infected and could potentially eat up the numbing solution; therefore, i would likely feel EVERYTHING when they pull the tooth. however, they decided to take a chance and pull it due to my desperation. i stood outside hyperventilating (i suffer from panic attacks from time to time) while they made a decision and one of their employees sat outside with me helping me calm down. the tooth was extracted with zero pain. i love my usual dentist, but the care i received from this office was better than i have ever received. they truly cared about my well-being and sanity and pain. i really appreciate all the employees i came across on monday. thank you again.
