Was referred here by Dr. Tom Cerniglia. Dr. Schwarzbach was excellent. Took his time and was very kind. Root canal took 2 hours and cost about $600 with my insurance. Also offered me to follow up free of charge in 6 months.

I was referred to Dr Schwarzbach for a retreat of my root canal. He understood my fibromyalgia disorder and went 'above and beyond' to ensure my pain level was manageable, if none. He of course prescribed antibiotics. I returned a few days later with extreme pain in the area of my root canal and he grinded down my temporary bridge that covered the root canal tooth. That provided some relief. I also shared the awful side effects I had on the antibiotics prescribed and had extreme lower back pains. He gave me another antibiotic prescription and called it in to my Kaiser Pharmacy. He said to give him a progress report of my condition. About two days later I called back and told him the pain is not going away after I called my regular dentist. She said to tell him that the pain was a result of the trauma during root canal that may have triggered my fibromyalgia pain. This is where 'above and beyond' came in. I couldn't travel from Simi due to my other offsite meetings that the day until Friday. So while in my apron, cooking and cleaning on a Saturday morning, Dr Schwarzbach showed up at my front door with my pain prescription. He even shared a picture of his cute 'son' dog and little granddaughter. I am writing this review not only to commend Dr. Schwarzbach on doing a great job on my root canal but for traveling and taking the time to hand deliver his prescription to my home On a Saturday! The prescription definitely helped me with the pain and was able to sleep at night. THANK YOU DR SCHWARZBACH FOR CARING FOR YOUR PATIENTS

Louis Schwarzbach is outstanding. He is highly ethical and genuinely cares about his patients! My sister went to him and she too says he is the BEST!

Great Dr!! Handled my emergency tooth pain requiring root canal very efficiently. Highly recommended by my dentist and I completly agree.

Louis Schwarzbach is not my dentist but I went to him with acute pain on a Friday afternoon after a partial root canal procedure and since my dentist was not available for the weekend. Louis took me in and did some X-rays and did an incision and drainage of abscess on my hard palate that came because of infection spreading. The whole process took about half an hour and I was PAIN FREE! He wrote up a prescription and knowing that I had no dental coverage, he didn't charge me a dime! What a man! He was a god-send at a time when I was in pain and was helpless. I respect him with all my heart and recommend him for anyone looking for help with dental issues!
