For over 30 years, Dr. Louis Napolitano has provided families with exceptional, comprehensive cosmetic dental care. He earned his undergraduate degree in chemistry from Georgetown University and then attended dental school at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He graduated as a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a national honor society for dental schools.
During his college career, Dr. Napolitano completed summer research in dental materials and prosthodontics at UMDNJ, as well as a general practice residency at Jersey Shore University Hospital. He is an attending faculty member at Jersey Shore University Hospital, where he still continues to teach in this residency program. He has also served as the past head of prosthodontics.
Dr. Napolitano feels it is important to stay on the cutting edge of dentistry. He maintains memberships in many prestigious professional organizations to keep up to date on the latest techniques and technology. He is currently a member of the International Association for Orthodontics and Omicron Kappa Upsilon.
In his spare time, Dr. Napolitano and his staff volunteer with numerous charitable activities within the community. In his personal life, he is married with three children. Dr. Napolitano enjoys sports (spectator and participant), reading, traveling, and watching movies.
Dr. DePaolo graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University in New Brunswick with a bachelors degree in Biology. From there, he attended the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark, where he graduated as a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honors society.
Following graduation from dental school, Dr. DePaolo completed his general practice residency at Jersey Shore University Hospital. He developed comprehensive clinical skills working with a diverse patient population and state-of-the-art dental technology.

Our staff is trained and skilled, and each member of our team has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in dentistry by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars on infection control, CPR, and AED recertification and accredited, multidisciplinary monthly continuing education courses taught by the University of Pennsylvania.
I have worked in the dental field for over 11 years as an administrative assistant/office manager. I joined Dr. Napolitanos team at the start of 2017. The greatest part of my job is the interaction with the patients.
I have been working with Dr. Napolitano since 2008. I am a certified and registered dental assistant. In addition to working chairside, I am responsible for infection control and ordering all of the dental supplies for the office.
I have been working as a registered dental assistant for over 17 years. I enjoy working closely with the doctors and assisting them in achieving the best results for our patients. Interacting with patients and creating a comfortable environment for them while assisting and working independently are some of my favorite parts of this profession. It is always rewarding to create beautiful, healthy smiles.
I am married with two sons who keep us very active with school and sports. In my spare time I enjoy relaxing at the beach, visiting family and friends, going out to dinner, traveling, cleaning and organizing.
After graduating UMDNJ-SHRP and Brookdale CC in 2005, I received an associate degree in the applied science of dental hygiene with honors. In 2010, I joined the team of Dr. L. Napolitano. Here, I have great opportunities to learn and work with the latest technology in dentistry.
To me, being a hygienist does not just mean cleaning teeth, nor placing sealants or fluoride. It includes everything from being a clinician to being an educator about oral health. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a patient return with improved oral hygiene and with less fear in a dental setting.
In addition to work, I have a great family, a husband, and a son, that I love to spend time with. I also have a cute cat, Shada. My hobbies include playing piano, listening to music, reading books, and spending time with friends. I am also fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.
