I was referred to Dr. Rafetto by my dentist last week. I phoned and immediately got an appointment on Monday. The scheduler was very helpful and friendly. I was very nervous because I had to have a procedure. Dr. Rafetto was very gregarious and immediately put me at ease. His assistant was outstanding with her professionalism, care and empathy. I know I am in good hands. Recommend Dr. Rafetto and his excellent staff highly!!

I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed with just local anesthetics (lidocaine) and I was pretty anxious to say the least. Each staff member made me feel super comfortable and relaxed while I got the needle (probably the worst part). One lady even offered to hold my hand, which I accepted. After the initial shock of the needle I felt very relaxed and in good hands for the rest of the procedure. By far the most comforting dental experience I've had.

I had a tooth that was cracked in half for awhile and recently started to hurt on a Friday. By Saturday the pain had increased so I had called a few places emergency lines and nobody had called back. The next call was to Dr. Rafettos office and left a voice mail on the emergency line. Not even 3 minutes later Dr. Rafetto called me back and said he could fit me in on Monday morning for a tooth extraction. He was the only one to reach back out to me and fit me into his schedule. Monday came around and I get to the office and everyone there was so polite and extremely professional. I go into the back and the woman that was going to assist Dr. Rafetto was amazing. We had talked the entire time I was in there and made me feel super comfortable. Dr. Rafetto came in and shared funny stories that kept the mood light and in a few minutes the tooth was gone. The people were fantastic and I'm very happy with the experience I had here. Id highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

When scheduling an appointment for a wisdom teeth removal consultation I was confirmed my insurance was covered. Two months later, I was told in person the day of my appointment that my insurance was not covered and it would be over 300 dollars to conduct the consultation. What a waste of time when my wisdom teeth need to be taken out!

From consult, surgery & through after care excellent crew! My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. No issues & plenty of exceptional care. Post op Nurse kept checking in with us, reassured us of healing excellent care!

I gotta say, Dr. Raffetto has been in my 'Dental Life' since I was 16,having my Wisdom Teeth Extracted. O. Needed No Anastasia, just Gas & a Good Dose of Novacane. He was thorough,ade sure ur comfortable and taken very good care of thru ur Recovery!

He sucks I can't believe he put 69 dollars on my credit report for something that was paid with dental insurance he's a crook be careful

Dr Rafetto and his staff are very kind and supportive. He is really down to earth and easy going which sets the tone. I walked in a little worried but once I spoke with him, his relaxed and knowledgeable attitude set me at ease.

The staff here was great and took great care of me when I got my wisdom teeth out and all. The only thing is that the lady at the front desk has a little bit of an attitude. Like for example on the day of my consultation she told me that she needed the money right then and there for the X-rays and consultation and the day of my procedure I said that I was going to skim the consent forms one more time really quick and she got testy with me and said that I should of done that before I came. Too bad.

*Update: Dr Rafetto left a VM saying he would pay for the xray missing from the surgery estimate. I paid $256 more money out of pocket than quoted because my insurance won't cover more than 1 panoramic xray every 5 years. They took one at the consultation for my wisdom teeth extraction, one at the surgery and I was told they'd take another at the 6 month follow up. It's the only machine he has. The office said they need the panoramic to look at the whole mouth, which I don't really buy, why wouldn't insurance cover it then? My issue is that I was late at being billed for the consultation and it wasn't on the estimate so the only way I knew about it was through the explanation of benefits.
