Dr. Louie Limchayseng is a Board Certified Surgeon specializing in Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery with over 25 years of surgical experience in the surgical management of diseases, congenital deformities, traumatic injuries, and acquired defects of the oral and facial structures of the head and neck.
Dr. Louie as he is fondly called by patients and his staff, graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Medicine D.M.D at the head of his class in 1983. After completing dental school, he started his surgical training attending a preceptorship in Oral and Head and Neck Surgery and soon after became the Chief of Dentistry and Oral Surgery at the University of the Philippines-Philippine General Hospital . He pursued further surgical education and training in the U.S. and was accepted to an Internship in Anesthesiology and General Surgery. Immediately following his internship, Dr. Limchayseng completed his residency in Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery at the prestigious University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas Texas. In addition to completing his surgical residency, he did a Fellowship year in Maxillo-Facial Trauma and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School also in Dallas Texas.
Dr. Louie practices the complete scope of Oral and Maxillo-Facial surgery which includes reconstructive facial surgery, Orthognathic surgery for facial deformities and obstructive sleep apnea, dental Implant reconstruction and bone regenerative surgery, surgical pathology, maxillo-facial trauma, and general and pediatric oral surgery.
He maintains two practice locations for the convenience of his patients in both Marin and Sonoma counties. Dr. Louie is dedicated to using his extensive training, experience and expertise to provide the highest level of surgical care to you and your family.

There was a lady in the reception that spoke highly of Dr. Louie. The extraction took no time. He gave me an extra dose of anesthesia & his staff gave me literature for post-op care. It healed really well. My only minor gripe is the wait but overall highly recommend! I wish all providers are as skilled. He's an excellent oral surgeon.

Dr Limchayseng is excellent. Dentists had advised that I have my impacted wisdom teeth removed for years but I avoided it. I've seen how much pain some people had afterwards. Eventually I decided to have it done and my dentist highly recommended Dr Limchayseng. It was barely painful at all after the procedure. I've been back to see him recently for an unrelated issue after going twice to urgent care and twice to the ER and he took care of the problem with a 20 minute procedure. I really like his direct approach that gave me immediate relief. His staff are also very good- efficient and friendly. It's nice to be seen at a practice that runs so well.

I've had a bad tooth for over a year now and I knew it needed to be removed, but I was terrified. I was afraid of the potential pain and costs. Well, last week I felt the worst pain ever from this tooth. I went to the emergency dentist and they said that the tooth had to come out ASAP. They sent me to Dr. Limchayseng's office. He promised that it would be painless, which I didn't believe, but I had no other option. They gave me some numbing cream around my gums. Then, he gave me little shots to numb the area. The shots were a tiny bit uncomfortable, but they didn't hurt. Next thing I know, he's in my mouth with all his tools but I didn't feel a thing! I figured he was just inspecting the area and cleaning it, but no! After 90 seconds he had the tooth in this hand and was stitching me up! Literally NO PAIN. Dr. Limchayseng and his staff made me feel so comfortable. The whole process was super easy and painless. And I t only cost me a 1/4 of what I expected to pay! I am so thankful for this experience!

Everyone who assisted with my wisdom tooth surgery was wonderful. I was cared for consistently before, during, and after my treatment and concluded the surgery with no pain or swelling. Such caring staff and an incredible doctor. I've seen and heard such painful post surgery experiences and I didn't swell let alone bleed more than a few minutes so I'm grateful to have gone to this office.
